Wonderful, enjoyable summer break in a fantastic villa.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful accommodation with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Central location walking distance from Meloneras beachfront where there are a few restaurants and bars but hiring a car would be beneficial to be able to explore neighbouring towns although taxis are also available fairly easily. Lovely pool area with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the sun or entertain. Spacious kitchen and lounge area with all mod cons, large fridge freezer and appliances. Efficient aircon and WiFi. Great walk in wardrobes in 2 rooms and plenty of storage space throughout. Stayed with 4 teens and 2 adults and was plenty enough room for everyone to have their own space. Richard was as very helpful and welcoming.

Aspectos negativos: If I was going to be picky…. If you are going for breathtaking views then you may want to be aware that the nearby area is under development although there are some lovely views from the villa there is also some construction work taking place. I can honestly say that this did not bother us at all and there seemed to be little noise from it as not a lot of actual work was going on while we were there. Could also maybe benefit from another game option in the basement perhaps table tennis or a pool table as there is ample space!

Good villa and exceptional host.

Aspectos positivos: Aurelio the host was extremely helpful. Villa is in really good condition and had all of facilities we wanted for our stay over the NewYear. Close to town and the local supermarket and a good base to explore the Island.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing really, could have benefitted from more cups and teaspoons. But there were 6 of us staying at the villa.

Aspectos positivos: The property was clean and very very spacious and modern. The owner and host are very very welcoming and accommodating.

A fantastic and luxurious stay with everything you could want and need.

Aspectos positivos: Luxurious and beautiful villa with lots of space and a great layout for a family holiday. Very close to an excellent supermarket, and beach and restaurants are within easy walking distance (15mins). Option for heated pool which was fantastic and new addition of a hot tub and garden area which made the experience even better.

Aspectos negativos: There were no barbeque tools available - the kitchen tongs were ok but tricky to use. Only 1 dishtowel supplied for the week. Very small issues! The villa would not be safe for small children due to many open staircases and high drops/stairs.

Aspectos positivos: Ein sehr sympathischen Empfang durch Mr. R. Sioux. Er ist äusserst zuvorkommend, freundlich und hat sich umgehend um all unsere Bedürfnisse gekümmert.

Sehr schöne Villa

Aspectos positivos: Gute Lage um in die Stadt mit dem Auto zu kommen, supermarkt in der Nähe, schöner Pool und chakuzi, viel platz und gemütlich, sehr netter host, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche

Aspectos negativos: Türen sind schiebetüren, bei denen man relativ zu durchhören kann zum wohnzimmer, müsst ihr wissen

luxeriöse Unterkunft an guter Lage

Aspectos positivos: sehr modernes Haus mit allem was es braucht. Vorhandene Poolheizung ( ab Nov. zu empfehlen) ist ein tolles Plus! Auch das Jacuzzi ist wunderbar. Betten ausserordentlich gut und beide Schlafzimmer im OG haben begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde auch umgehend reagiert. Generell etwas teuer, aber dafür ein Garant für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub.
