Maravilhosa semana em família, volveré.
Aspectos positivos: De todo en general, localización, piscina,lo cercano que está de todo, del Mercadona podemos ir a pie..y también de las playas.. Volvería sin dudar.. Muy tranquilo el sitio y una casa para disfrutar, hemos hecho barbacoa 😃.. Daniel y claudia personas fantásticas.

El mejor lugar para hospedarse
Aspectos positivos: Todo fue genial, el dueño siempre esta atento a cualquier duda. La casa ofrece una experiencia unica, todo esta de lujo para pasarlo con la familia. El aire acondicionado funciona genial en caso de dias calurosos.
Aspectos negativos: Nada.

Aspectos positivos: El sitio es genial cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en la isla. El anfitrión es muy atento y amable, muchas gracias por todo. Recomendable 100 por 100.

La estancia resultó encantadora y recomiendo el alojamiento y su anfitrion
Aspectos positivos: Buena Ubicación, cerca de la playa de las dunas de Maspalomas, y buena urbanización. Daniel muy agradable y facilitando cualquier petición.
Aspectos negativos: Las escaleras del triplex para subir a los dormitorios tanto de arriba como de abajo, no tienen barandilla y eso puede resultar un inconveniente para algunas personas por el riesgo de caída que supone. El mobiliario de las terrazas es antiguo y se debería sustituir, sobre todo el de la terraza trasera.

Aspectos positivos: The house is well equipped and in a great location. You feel very safe in that area. Great pool.
Aspectos negativos: Too many stairs to reach the house. If you are travelling with small kids and stroller, take care of the one that is smaller.

Aspectos positivos: Great location: quiet but convenient to restaurants, groceries, beach and boardwalk. Spacious with decks and views. Comfortable beds. Espresso machine. Nice pool (though unheated and too cold for swimming in January). Responsive host.
Aspectos negativos: This was advertised as 3 bdrms, but the 3rd bedroom was just a finished basement (no doors, open area), and the beds were not made up. No fans, and none could be supplied upon request. These are minor issues. I would still return.

Aspectos positivos: The property was in a good location on the Bahia complex with a fabulous sunset view. It was spacious and clean and great kitchen facilities and utensils. Good showers both upstairs and downstairs, always plenty of hot water
Aspectos negativos: Would have been nice to have the use of a couple of sunbeds in the front garden

Aspectos positivos: I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the host for an extraordinary experience. We spent a 10-day stay and were extremely satisfied. The location is perfect, being close to all necessary amenities (store, pharmacy, etc.) and offering total tranquility around. The house is very comfortable and spacious; we were 7 people, but it could easily accommodate 2 more if needed. The host was very clear in explanations, attentive, and considerate, ensuring we lacked nothing during our stay. The view from the balcony is adorable and delighted us every morning and evening. Thank you so much, Daniel. You have a wonderful house! If we return to Gran Canaria, we will definitely choose this accommodation again. ❤️
