Agaete 2BR Coastal Retreat

Bonito, Tranquilo, Buenas Instalaciones... pero le falta algo.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación tranquila y con buenas vistas. Es una urbanización vacacional, con muchos propietarios de fin de semana y varios aptos. turisticos como este. Buenas instalaciones de la urbanización y con plaza de garage para cada inquilino. El appto es muy bonito y nuevo y con mucho gusto.

Aspectos negativos: Mala información para acceder al apartamento; no te molestes en intentar entrar con las instrucciones que te envían, llama directamente al contacto por Whatsapp porque sino no podrás acceder a la urbanización. Menaje de cocina justo, pero no me puedo creer que en un appto de estas características, no había ni una pizca de sal, azucar, café molido (solo tienen cafetera de goteo), etc... en cualquiera siempre se quedan los restos de los anteriores inquilinos, en este no hay nada de nada.... limpio 100%. Le hace falta aire acondicionado; por las características del appto., incluido el precio, y pese a que está en el norte, el appto recibe el sol de frente casi todo el día, y el calor se acumula. Los ventiladores que tienen no son una solución, son un parche.

Volveríamos a repetir!!

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación perfecta ya que pudimos disfrutar de un paisaje espectacular y unos atardeceres preciosos. Un lugar tranquilo , ideal para relajarse. El apartamento ofrece todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en familia. Las zonas comunes como la piscina y alrededores todo bastante limpio.

Aspectos negativos: Nada

Great place to stay, terrible communication. They seem to be an agency too big for their own good.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is very spacious, with a garden (2 sunbeds, an outdoor sofa and an outdoor table that fits 4 people comfortably). It is quite modern and clean. The complex has a nice infinity pool that is shared between all the apartments. Good size, fairly quiet.

Aspectos negativos: Confusion about inviting guests. One of the main reason I chose this property was because it is clearly designed for at least 4 guests and as we rented it only with my partner I wanted to invite 2 friends over for lunch one day. My assumption was that I invite my friends, we scan their ID for insurance and safety purposes and all would be well. Just to be on the safe side I communicated this to the agency. Communication from the agency is with an AI bot through WhatsApp. The bot said that it is fine and wished us a good time but asked whether I would like them to ask a human just in case. As soon as an actual person took over the whole thing turned into a mess. First I was told that guests are not allowed. In the house rules it says only registered guests are allowed. We said we're very happy to register our guests through IDs etc. I was told that that refers to the guests who rent the property. After, I was told that if we invite guests they would have to pay full price as if they were staying the night. After pointing out that it doesn't say this in the house rules anywhere, I was told that they need to pay 20 euros per person, so that they can be insured. Again, I argued that this isn't stated anywhere in the house rules, only that guests need to be registered and that we are very happy to do this. This went on quite a while, and even though I was supposedly talking to a real person all I received mostly was copy and pasted \

Priceless views!

Aspectos positivos: Priceless views. Very comfortable apartment. Enough space for 4, preferable 2 adults + 2 children but would serve 4 adults as well. Spacious living room with kitchen and excellent outside area, small garden with sun chairs and terrass with table and chairs. Access to swimming pool with also stunning views. We had all we could need. Area is also perfect, close to port and center of the small town of Agaete, both ways 15-20 min walk. You gave parking place in the garage, waching machine etc. We would definitely come back.

Aspectos positivos: We loved our stay. Really appreciate how cozy it was to stay there.

Aspectos negativos: Cold pool. But it is rare to have a heated pool during this time of the year so no complain at all!

Aspectos positivos: Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist fantastisch ! Der Infinity Pool ein Traum ! Unzählige, unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert ! Zur Fuß läuft man etwas 15 Minuten zum Hafen, vorbei an den natural pools.

Aspectos negativos: Das Angebot an guter Gastronomie in Agaete und Puerto da las Nieves war im November übersichlich. Man achte auf die Wochentage und Uhrzeiten, an denen geöffnet ist.

Aspectos positivos: La vue Le calme La résidence fermée Le logement propre et bien équipé La piscine

Aspectos negativos: Un peu compliqué d’obtenir des infos complètes et claires à l’arrivée (il nous manquait le code d’accès à la résidence) L’absence de Clim qui doit être préjudiciable en été.

Séjour agréable dans une résidence de très bon niveau.

Magnifique appartement

Aspectos positivos: Superbe appartement très très bien équipée. La literie est vraiment top La vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine est magnifique. L’appartement se trouve à 8/10 min à pied des piscines naturelles

Aspectos negativos: L’accueil et la réception uniquement par whatapp. Difficile de comprendre les instructions pour obtenir les clés du logement ( il faut sonner à l’interphone connecté pour obtenir le code de la box)

Großartige Lage mit tollem Blick und sauberer, moderner Wohnung!

Aspectos positivos: Tolle Lage mit großartigem Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und die Umgebung! Sehr saubere Wohnung mit schönem Außenbereich. Großartiger Infinity-Pool und kurzer Weg runter zu den Natur-Piscinas.

Aspectos negativos: Kommunikation über WhatsApp und dem Türklingelsystem `Ring' führte u.a. zu ein wenig Verwirrung für den Code des Schlüsseltresors.
