Estancia excelente
Aspectos positivos: Todo el apartamento tiene de todo y es muy bonito y las vistas son espectaculares
Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo aire acondicionado no le iría mal.... Pq aunque tenía ventiladores en todas las habitación tenías que cerrar las ventanas por seguridad y hacia calor.

Un apartamento ideal para vivir
Aspectos positivos: Nos encantó el apartamento. Amplio, muy cómodo, precioso y con todas las prestaciones, además, un jardín grande para disfrutar y una piscina comunitaria con vistas al mar. Repetiremos, sin lugar a dudas.
Aspectos negativos: El único 'pero' es que no tenga aire acondicionado, pero tienen ventilador.

TODO PERFECTO
Aspectos positivos: Nos gustó el espacio del apartamento, la piscina muy limpia y sin sabor desagradable ni daños en la vista. En nuestro caso una terraza con jardín solarium y zona chill out estupenda. Lo hemos pasado muy bien. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de las piscinas naturales de Agaete.

Un excelente lugar para parejas
Aspectos positivos: Hemos prolongado 2 veces nuestra estancia y después de 26 días estas son nuestras conclusiones: El apartamento es un sitio relativamente tranquilo si no es durante el fin de semana. La insonorización dentro de la casa es perfecta y garantiza un silencio total, siembre si están las ventanas cerradas. El WiFi funciona muy bien. El apartamento es amplio y nuevo y con todas sus comodidades. La cocina esta bien equipada y hay mucho espacio en armarios. También en las habitaciones hay mucho espacio de armario y suficientes perchas. Los duchas son amplios y funcionales. Siempre hay suficiente agua caliente. La plaza de garage es bastante grande para un SEAT Arona.
Aspectos negativos: Falta de intimidad en el exterior. Como no hay casi ninguna separación entre las terrazas y/o jardines se escucha absolutamente todo lo que se dice y que se hace, por lo cual la vida en el exterior es incomodo. También se escucha mucho la carretera y la gente que pasan sin mencionar los niños que se bañan en la piscina de frente.

Aspectos positivos: Nosotros hemos reservado este alojamiento en 2 bloques de 11 días cada uno vamos a hacer nuestra valoración final en cuando dejamos el apartamento el próximo día 6 de febrero.

A wonderful spacious apartment with stunning views
Aspectos positivos: This is a three bed apartment and much larger than the standard two bed apartments, with a larger furnished outdoor area on a corner plot in the front row of the apartment blocks (would recommend avoiding apartments in the back row as the view is restricted). Fabulous views from the main bedroom and sitting/kitchen area. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, although was very short on glassware and needed some extra crockery. The parking (which, once you manage to find out where it is - lack of any instructions) is easy to use with a car parking tab and dedicated parking space. Easy walk down either via steps or a fully lit winding path behind the hotel to the natural rock pools and then along the promenade to Puerto de Las Nieves - a lovely little port town. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return to the apartments and the area, which we prefer to the more crowded south of the island.
Aspectos negativos: My main criticism is the check-in as the instructions were wholly inadequate and confusing, with no people on site to assist and reliant only on WhatsApp. We arrived in the dark which made accessing the apartment even more difficult, and there were no instructions regarding where the garage was or how access could be gained. None of this would have been an issue with proper instructions (which I have raised with the company) and we would certainly return to this site.

Aspectos positivos: This apartment in Ageta is perfectly located right above the beach. You can simply walk over and down a small staircase, and you’ll find yourself right on the beach in Ageta. It’s modern, with a large outdoor area featuring artificial grass. And you’ll experience the most stunning sunsets you could ever dream of.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment is new. It’s a great place to live.

Tolle Lage, großartiger Blick und schöne, saubere Wohnung.
Aspectos positivos: Außergewöhliche Lage mit tollem Blick auf das Meer und die Berge! Sehr saubere Wohnung mit schönem Außenbereich. Großartiger Infinity-Pool und kurzer Weg runter zu den Natur-Piscinas.
Aspectos negativos: Die Kommunikation und insbesondere die der Schlüsselübergabe waren etwas 'holprig'. Die Ausstattung der Küche - für bei uns 5 Personen - ist etwas knapp bemessen.

Aspectos positivos: Ausgezeichnetes Apartment mit Top Blick auf Berge und Meer. Sehr modern eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten. Großzügige Terrasse.
Aspectos negativos: Alles bestens. Kommunikation aber nur über WhatsApp bzw Booking. Auch Telefon wäre aber möglich. Beim ersten mal etwas knifflige Türcodes. Aber machbar.
