Una casita muy agradable.

Aspectos positivos: La terraza es lo mejor, aunque toda la casa està cuidada y muy limpia. Los dueños son amabilísimos y están pendientes de lo que podamos requerir de ellos.

Aspectos negativos: Los seis pisos que hay que subir y bajar andando.No tiene ascensor y al ser mayores mi marido y yo, se nos ha puesto un poco difícil. Para una pareja joven, incluso de mediana edad, es perfecta. Volveríamos encantados y la recomendamos sin dudarlo.

Aspectos positivos: Trato muy agradable de Luis. Para volver. Apartamento muy limpio y cómodo.

Aspectos negativos: 5 pisos sin ascensor. Es lo único.

Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento muy bonito, bien equipado y en una ubicación perfecta, al lado de la playa.

La mejor opción en Las Palmas.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación. La terraza. Muy práctico al estar completamente equipado. Buena wifi. Cama cómoda. Buena ducha.

Aspectos negativos: Ático sin ascensor. Las sábanas necesitan ser cambiadas.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bien ubicado, con una terraza muy amplia. Nos atendieron en todo momento y nos dieron facilidades para la entrada y la salida del apartamento. Estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Volveremos.

Aspectos positivos: Todo perfecto. Ubicación ideal, muy fresquito y con buena luz. La terraza muy agradable. Todo bastante nuevo y en buen estado.

Aspectos positivos: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in a beautiful oceanfront location in Las Palmas. There’s a great surf spot nearby, plenty of excellent local restaurants, and a calm beach if you’re looking to relax. The apartment is very well furnished—much better than what we’ve often found in the Canary Islands. The mattress is high quality, and the sofa was comfortable for my son to sleep on. The highlight for us was the absolutely fantastic rooftop terrace: it’s huge, and we loved having breakfast and lunch there. A big plus was the private parking space the owner provided—essential in this area, where street parking is extremely busy. Wi-Fi was strong, and it was very quiet at night with no noise from bars or the street. Highly recommended for a trip to Las Palmas!

Aspectos negativos: It's a 5-floor w/o lift, be careful if for you it's a challenge to walk up.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment central to all amenities including restaurants shops bars and beach it was modern inside with everything you need for your stay laundry changed regularly and communication with renters excellent and very helpful

Aspectos negativos: Although when we booked we didnt realise there was no lift as there are stairs but renters took our cases up for us as we are in our late 60s tbh we looked forward to the exercise and the stairs weren't an issue as when you get to the apartment the large terrace was a bonus very private and worth the effort!!

Aspectos positivos: Luis was a great host, very welcoming and obliging. He kindly offered a late check out as there was no one booked in on the day I was leaving. Great location with the beach and promenade at the end of the road, decent supermarket 2 mins walk away, Las Arenas shopping centre about 5 mins walk, and bus stops a minute away. The apartment was spotless with a comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, great water pressure in the shower, everything you could need in the kitchen, and it was very handy having a washing machine. The water in the fridge was very welcome on arrival! The best thing about the apartment is the large terrace that is only for the use of the guests. As a solo traveller I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it as a great base for a stay in Las Palmas.

Aspectos negativos: The only negative was that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no lift, which I had read before booking. Luis kindly helped me with my suitcase, and I got used to it after a couple of days, but it's something to bear in mind if you've any mobility issues.

A great apartment in Playa de las Canteras

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well-appointed with good facilities. Comfortable bed, but a little soft, and a great shower - washing machine, too! Luis is a great host and keeps in touch. Happy to help which is good. Although the street is a little way up from the coast, it’s great for the promenade - walking, running and having a quick dip in the sea. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The terrace is really big and has views but does get wet in the rain as it’s exposed. We had breakfast outside most days, despite some inclement weather! Parking is in a nearby underground car park a short walk away. It’s €10 per night payable to Luis on arrival.

Aspectos negativos: Not a personal problem for my partner and I but the apartment is about 90 steps up from the ground - it’s obviously on the top floor of the building. This would be an issue for anyone who dislikes stairs or has a lot of heavy luggage. We’re fit and can manage - even so, with some back and shoulder issues, lugging our case up would have been a challenge (Luis carried our case with ease and without being asked - what a good host!)
