Great spacious apartment in Las Palmas!

Aspectos positivos: Very spacious property with all you need for a good stay at Las Palmas. Location was excellent, very close to the beach (5-7 minutes walk). Close to a lovely plaza with playground and great cafes. Bus stop was very close and easy to get around the island if needed. Enough toilet rolls and shower gel were provided as well as cleaning supplies including dishwashing liquid and sponge. As a family of five, there was enough space to sleep. TV and internet worked well. Reading books were a nice touch. Fridge was big enough and having a washing machine was helpful. We arrived slightly after 8pm but were able to enter the building fine. The contract and documents were requested via an app which felt secure enough. Overall, a great stay with no one bothering us.

Aspectos negativos: Had to download the Ring app to enter the building later on as the keys didn’t seem to work for the entrance. Would be good to have a key option as well for people not comfortable using the Amazon app.

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement est parfait, à 2 minutes de la plage, des surfshops, restaurants et supermarchés. Hôte très réactif et aidant. L'appartement est grand et confortable.

Aspectos negativos: La serrure de la porte extérieure donnant sur la rue fonctionne mal, il faudrait la changer. Le linge met longtemps à sécher dans l'appartement car en rez-de-jardin. Si cela est possible, il serait bien d'avoir la clef pour étendre son linge dans la cour.

Aspectos positivos: Nagyon tetszett, hogy alap élelmiszerek is voltak a szálláson és nem kellett venni egy csomó mindent ahhoz, hogy egy rántottát megcsináljon az ember.

Aspectos negativos: Az evőeszközök picit koszosak voltak, újra kellett őket mosni

Un séjour parfait : propre, bien agencé et idéalement situé

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très propre et bien agencé, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. La localisation est idéale, proche de la plage du centre commercial et des transports en commun. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour agréable et sans soucis.
