Aspectos positivos: El estudio ideal para una estancia en el centro de La ciudad de Las Palmas para 3 personas. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos, la localización y la.pequeña terraza con vistas a la Playa y Paseo de Las Canteras son inmejorables. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido muy buena y correcta.

Aspectos negativos: No encontramos nada negativo en nuestra estancia de un fin de semana.

Tastefully decorated appartment with fantastic terrace for a relaxing time off.

Aspectos positivos: We had a great time at this appartment. It is located in the quieter part of Las Canteras beach, right by the sea. The appartment is very tastefully done, with coordinating colors, modern furniture and lots of indirect lights. The terrace is absolutely fantastastic, with plenty of sunshine and built-in benches to sit on and watch the sea and the people passing on the boardwalk below. The building is cleaned everyday, and there is a concierge during part of the day. Supermarket, bus stop and restaurants are all within walking distance. Ideal for a week of full relaxation...

Aspectos negativos: The bed was on the small side for two Flemish giants like us (feet overboard). As this is an old building, there was a persistent smell of bad plumbing in the bathroom and the kitchen, but we managed it by opening the front door and the terrace door from time to time, so the draft could air out the place.

Aspectos positivos: Location! Excellent view of the beach and ocean! The terrace is fantastic! The bed is very comfortable! Modern room layout! Excellent!

Romantic modern apartment with balcony sunset views and great amenities.

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful view and the balcony is incredible. The sun sets on the beach/balcony side. We watched the sunset twice here which was magical, very nice place to relax aswell. The apartment is located nicely in about the middle of the beach, super easy to reach. The apartment looks very modern and is definitely big enough for 2-3 people even if it looks smaller on the photos. It was clean and very well equipped with coffee, sugar, salt, water cooker, pans, plates, glasses etc. Bathroom is also beautiful. Our arrival was perfect, as we were allowed to enter the apartment early (by luck) and were greeted very kindly by Guillem. We didn't have any noise issues and the Aircon worked fine too. If you keep the balcony window open at night (we had no late night street noise) you can fall asleep with the sound of the waves. It's not the cheapest option in the city, but from all the ones I've seen this was the most special, and we absolutely loved our trip. Stayed here for 3 nights.

Amazing balcony on seafront

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very spacious and the balcony was the biggest Wow factor. To be so close to the sea was amazing. On our arrival we were met by our host, she was very friendly and messaged several times asking if everything was okay and not to hesitate if we had any questions. Everything about the apartment was perfect.

Aspectos positivos: We loved the location, close to the beach but not crowded with tourists - nice restaurants nearby. Best part of the apartment is the balcony, we spent a lot of time there relaxing and eating breakfast etc. Communication with the host was easy and the apartment had everything you needed. Highly recommend this apartment if visiting Las Palmas.

Aspectos negativos: There was no toilet paper in the apartment when we arrived and the fridge doesn't have a freezer so couldn't store ice or ice cream.

Fabulous studio apartment overlooking Las Canteras beach

Aspectos positivos: This comfortable and spacious studio apartment has a terrace with a fabulous sea view and is very near everything: the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and public transport (so no need to rent a car). The apartment overlooks the beach and the pedestrian promenade so there is no traffic noise. Being on the 3rd floor (there’s a lift), you don’t hear noise from the local restaurants and bars either. The flat is very well equipped including a washing and drying machine, air conditioning, a range of kitchen equipment and wardrobe space. The only equipment that was missing was a freezer compartment in the fridge to be able to make ice cubes and store ice cream, but this little detail didn’t spoil our holiday and we would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Gran Canaria.

Aspectos negativos: The indoor unit of the air conditioning was a little noisy when it was on during the night. The coffee capsules we found in the kitchen on arrival didn’t fit the coffee machine, and I bought a box of the wrong type when I went shopping before I realized this.
