Aspectos positivos: La situación es inmejorable. Francisco entrega las llaves de la casa lo que ya hoy en día es una garantía a tener muy en cuenta. Resolvió la única incidencia con prontitud y nos concedió una petición que le hicimos. La casa es perfecta para cuatro personas y está perfectamente equipada.

Super location, clean and comfortable acommodation, beautiful beach, wonderful restaurants!
Aspectos positivos: The location is superb: right on the seafront. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning, walk out of the front door and proceed to walk or run along the beach. We were able to hire sun loungers on the beach right in front of the property. There's a myriad of restaurants, bars and cafés to choose from to the right or left along the promenade, and a little well-stocked supermarket about 100m to the left, on the corner. In spite of all the movement of people outside, the house was quiet at night time, and we slept well. You're also within easy walking distance from the logistical hub of the city, where you can get a taxi or a bus to venture further afield, e.g. to the old town. The apartment was super clean, the beds very comfortable, the towels and sheets were good quality, and we had everything we needed. We appreciated being met personally by our host, who was courteous and welcoming.
Aspectos negativos: The layout of the flat is such that only the front part - the living room - benefits from natural light. Entry to the other rooms is from a long, narrow corridor. The bathroom, the kitchen and eating area and the two bedrooms right at the back of the property have windows which open out onto small, enclosed courtyards which do not allow much light in, and it can feel like you are living underground, even if you are on the ground floor. So these are not perhaps spaces where you would want to spend day time indoors, e.g. if the weather is bad. This did not bother us too much as we spent most of our time out, and in any case, the perfect location and general comfort amply compensated for it.

The cleanest apartment we lived in a holiday, so far!
Aspectos positivos: We liked absolutely everything! Francisco, the host, was super helpfull and friendly; he always makes sure we are confortable and we have everything. The apartment was super clean, it has everything you need for a confortable holiday. Our kids loved the apartment. The location is amazing, is just in front of the beach.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was great, we rested. A wonderful owner, very willing to help, interested, very caring about his guests, but not to impose himself :-) I recommend staying here to everyone, including families with children. I wish everyone to find such an owner and an apartment in a perfect location. Best regards.

Aspectos positivos: ci ha accolto il proprietario che ci ha indicato poi il parcheggio per la macchina. appartamento pulito e completo in tutto

Sehr gut gelegene, große Wohnung. Ideal um Las Palmas zu erkunden und für Strandurlaub.
Aspectos positivos: Gute Größe und perfekte Lage. Strand, Gastro, Bus, Spielplätze, Supermärkte waren alles in der Nähe.
Aspectos negativos: Die Türen schließen und öffnen sehr laut (es knackt wenn das Schloss sich öffnet), so dass andere Familienmitglieder wach werden. Es gibt eine Karaoke-Bar zwri Häuser weiter; die samstags bis in die Nacht sehr laut ist (man kann jeden Song mitsingen, so nah klingt es). Davon abgesehen ist es ein sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung.
