Aspectos positivos: From the moment we stepped into the studio, we knew we made the right choice. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos – beautifully decorated, modern, and spotlessly clean. Everything feels brand new and thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. The location is fantastic – just a short walk from Las Canteras beach, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. We loved starting our mornings on the balcony with a coffee, and ending our days with a glass of wine. The check-in process was seamless, and communication with Canarias Getaway was professional, friendly, and quick. Every little detail – from the fresh towels to the kitchen amenities – made our stay feel truly five-star. We’ve stayed in many apartments across Europe, and this one ranks among the very best. We’re already planning to come back, and we’re recommending it to all our friends. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Aspectos positivos: Good location, the beach, supermarkets are close. Apartment has everything you need and clean. Cute little balcony.

Aspectos negativos: You could hear cars outside the window in the morning. Couldn’t get to the appointment from the first try, luckily the stuff is sitting in the next building and it was working day, so they were very kind and helped to open the door. You need to turn the handle to the left, with a little efforts. And to get the links for checkin and deposit I needed to sent the message in the booking, at first the email was sent without working links.

Short stay in nice studio close to the beach

Aspectos negativos: I normally use these reviews to tell the truth so other people are aware. Sometimes the truth hurts more than helping to improve. So this is the true from the way I see it. There is no transparency on the booking- as its not refundable and as soon as you pay you will be asked for a 100 eur deposit or you don't get the code of the door. Simple as 1-2-3. There is no mention anywhere in the booking about this, at least I didn't see it- so once you pay you must pay your deposit as well or else you don't go in. The deposit is given back no problem, but only after a week of check out- The smart lock at the door is a complete nightmare, once you learn, then you stop panicking but it's quite complicated at the beginning as there is no exact instructions of how to do it. I got trapped at 4 am and couldn't get in until finally by the luck of Gods the door opened. As I said once you learn, the panic is over. But there should be a person there to explain how to use it or leave easy instructions by email. I recommend to practice several times before going out for the night.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. All new and very good taste of colours and etcetera. Comfortable big bed. Kitchen very good. Bathroom good. Good communication by email and messages.

Aspectos negativos: Contact in person with lady at reception from Gateway office that manage the apartment just under the flat was simply awful! I asked a simple question related to price charged to understand it as there is a £50 fee for cleaning and she was absolutely unpleasant since the first beginning of our interaction until the end. She would say and repeat that I had rent from Booking.com not from then! I had to insist if she could check on her computer while she was putting a very angry face towards me. Unbelievable! .Even kept asking me where I was from, saying that my surname name is Portuguese and I said I came from England that is where I live. Really bad mood. Unfortunately I didn't write her name down to make an official complain to her admin Some short name beginning with M I think. Blond middle age lady. Stay way from her is my advice to don't ruin your day. The other receptionist, the brunet that I talked on next day was a sweety, very polite and friendly. It is a shame as me and partner spend 12 nights there, loved the city and the apartment and could be a place for next year but I am certainly looking for another place to don't run the risk of having to talk to such a unprofessional and unpleasant person again.
