Aspectos positivos: Excellent location,close to all points,noce ,clean and comfortable apartments.
Aspectos negativos: Several days was out of wi-fi inside apartment, generally wasn't huge issue for myself,as I have EU provider ,which includes free usage of some internet data.

Lovely modern apartment with balcony in the heart of Isleta
Aspectos positivos: Lovely modern good sized studio with balcony in the Isleta area of Las Palmas. Central position near bus stops, large supermarket, cafes, restaurants and the Mercado Puerto and Castil de Luz very close by. Las Canteras beach 10 minute walk. Larger bus depot a short walk. Online check in worked well. As was having two key fobs for two guests to enter the apartment was handy. Deposit of €100.00 was payable before arrival. Says is returned after 7 days. Balcony has a street view, and does not get the sun. Lovely to sit on in the evening. Contact through booking.com for queries. One large bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. Basic commodities provided which was appreciated. Would stay here again, and would recommend
Aspectos negativos: Just for a constructive review points below. Had some downpours of rain which accumilated on the balcony, this did not drain off as it should have and so unable to use for two days unless we mopped it all up. Will inform the company of this so this can be addressed for other users. Corporate owned business as opposed to a personal owner. Informed that the safe in the apartment is not for guests use. Modern installation double glazed unit for shower wall which other side is the bedroom and rest of the apartment. This is not clear glass but when light is on in the bathroom it can disturb the other person sleeping, also if showering and the other person is awake they can see your silhouette. Only one shower towel and one hand towel per person for a week. Two larger towels each and the hand towels would have been better for a weeks stay. Weather was changeable so could not have dried the towel in time for next use. Asked for beach towels did not get a reply. The information pack at the apartment says no sand in the apartment, yet does not mention this on the booking. Best will in the world going to the beach you can not eliminate all sand, this put us off and so did not go to the beach. Deposit was returned after 8 days which chased up, not sure why such a delay, even a week is too long.

Aspectos positivos: The location, less than 5 minutes walk from beach . Very near shops,restaurants and marina.
Aspectos negativos: The only thing I didn't like was the balcony and apartment got no direct sunlight.

Aspectos positivos: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Ferienwohnung verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt in dem man alles nötige bekommt. Viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten Fußmarsch. Auch mit dem Shuttleservice hat alles prima funktioniert. Beim nächsten Gran Canaria Urlaub immer wieder in diese Unterkunft. 🥰

Vale la pena soggirnarci
Aspectos positivos: Location situata sl 5° piano, accogliente, ben arredata e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax.
Aspectos negativos: Un paio di cose da rivedere: a) dalla cappa aspiratrice dei fornelli fuoriesce l'odore delle cucine sottostanti. Al nostro arrivo ristagnava un odore insopportabile, eliminato con l'apertura delle finestre c) problema micro-formiche che non sono riuscito a capire da dove entrino.
