Aspectos positivos: Las vistas desde la terraza, la terraza!!’ y la comodidad de la cama

Aspectos negativos: La tapa del wc no se sujeta. La escalera para subir, aunque merezca mucho la pena el ático, es heavy si no estás en forma o tienes problemas de movilidad, tenerlo en cuenta para evitar falta de oxígeno al subir jajaja

Aspectos positivos: Lo que más me gusto fue las vistas tan hermosas que teníamos, nos pasamos toda la estancia en la terraza impresionante

Aspectos negativos: Subir las escaleras hasta un quinto piso , no era por subir andando la cuestión es que son muy estrechas y a la vez muy complicado para subir

Aspectos positivos: Que gusto mucho la atencion y amabilidad de concha y Danny super atentos .el atico de concha es un lugar magico con una Vista increible ! Super limpio con mucho espacio super recomendado de mi parte.

Vistas al mar y ciudad

Aspectos positivos: Vistas completamente espectaculares! Terraza muy grande donde a nosotras nos encantó tener un espacio tan grande, el apartamento muy acogedor, y comodidad bastante bien. El trato por la dueña Concha muy muy bueno, nos ayudó en todo.

Aspectos negativos: Las escaleras, una vez que las subas y bajes tantas veces te haces de ellas. Jajaja

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, la terraza y las vistas, sin dejar pasar la comodidad de las habitaciones.

Aspectos negativos: Nada, no hubo ninguna mala sorpresa. El tema de las escaleras ya lo conocía de antemano.

Great Location with fantastic views

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic views from the balcony over the beach with nice seating areas, fantastic WiFi and comfortable beds. Both rooms fitted with ceiling fans and small tower fan for living area no air con. Plenty of bars/restaurants and shops around so no issues getting anything. Owners can arrange Airport transfers costing €35 each way.

Aspectos negativos: Kitchen area good for cooking breakfast, although just one plug socket and the kettle kept tripping out the electric. Small bathroom with lack of storage. Smaller bedroom only had one plug socket. Broken door handle on main bedroom and broken plug socket in lounge area with loose wires. Unable to change TV channel as remote didn't work although the smart TV remote did work so was able to you apps such as YouTube Netflix etc. A lot a small stairs to reach the apartment very difficult with luggage as no lift, and climbing the stairs every time you go out and be challenging. Wanted to clean floor there was a mop but no cleaning materials Also had difficulty finding the area to get rid of rubbish from the bins, long way from the apartment. Suggestions would be: Spare additional pillows for bedrooms would be great not small cushions and additional sockets to charge gadgets. Maybe a welcome pack giving clearer directions for how to use the fans/awnings and where to get rid of rubbish etc. Overall we would happily return but with less luggage.

Best vacation ever had.

Aspectos positivos: The most beautiful panoramic view of everything anyone could ask for. Facilities were basic and adequate, and the stay was relaxed with everything to hand with shops and amenities. The stairs up to the building should be initially highlighted in the booking information, they were hard work, but ultimately worth it.

Aspectos positivos: The views are just as stunning as shown in the pictures (main reason for booking this apartment). The location is superb with the beach and loads of restaurants, kiosks etc. available nearby.

Aspectos negativos: The stairwell was painful at times, especially so with heavy luggage (this is mentioned in other reviews too). Some problems with general upkeep, I.e. one power outlet on the terrace literally came off when attaching charger to it, no warm water in the kitchen etc. Since the terrace is that stunning, we somewhat missed sunbeds on it.
