Overall very positive

Aspectos positivos: Location is excellent and fabulous 360 views of the las canteras beach from the sitting room. Very comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: Apartment is in an old building and as with other reviews we noted that the kitchen area could do with better airflow. Some benefit from an upgrade of some fittings. Stairs could make it unsuitable for those with mobility issues.

Relaxing stay with great views of Las Canteras beach

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location for a relaxing stay, great Las Canteras beach view and right on the promenade, lots of space with high ceilings and ceiling fans, a nice comfortable lounge with smart tv, large bedroom with good storage & small balcony, useful kitchen area with lots of appliances, good wifi throughout

Aspectos negativos: Bathroom functional but could do with some TLC, access slightly awkward with suitcases on stairs to property, some expected noise from bars/ restaurants below

Aspectos positivos: Very good location, beautiful view to the beach and sea. Just couple of minutes walk to the nearest Supermarket. 24h parking hall beside the building. Very quiet inhouse neighbours. Apartment size is good for two people.

Aspectos negativos: Stairs are little bit tricky with heavy luggages. Of course you don't need to carry those in/out many times.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment has a good location, near you have the beach, many restaurants, cafe bar and Markets. Also the most I liked was the view from the windows, from all the rooms you see the sea ⛵. Very friendly owners. We arrived a little bit early and asked if we could leave the baggage in the Apartment and they answered positively. When we got the keys of the apartment, in the kitchen there was a bottle of wine and Daniel said that this was for us as welcoming. Thank you Daniel and Marcel. The Internet is very fast, the apartment was clean and accurate. We will come back again here.
