Aspectos positivos: Amplio.Bien equipado de menaje de cocina.Limpio a excepción de las almohadas
Aspectos negativos: Las almohadas podían cambiarlas pues estaban sucias.Mucho ruido por tener obras muy próximas.El grifo de la cocina perdía agua. Dificultad para acceder al parking pero gracias que había pues ni un sitio para aparcar en las proximidades.Alguna hormiga.

Aspectos negativos: Los armarios empotrados son muy amplios y convenientes pero alguno de ellos necesitaría algún arreglo.

Aspectos positivos: Flat owner was very helpful. We received many recomendations regarding attractions, restaurants and places ,which we need to visit on the island. Apartament was equipped with all the things we need (kitchen equipment, toys for the children, even a potty was on site). Parking place is a maze but it was fun to find a right place at the first time :) (we also received YT videos from the owner how to reach correct parking place). We've also felt in this flat like in the home, not like just in an apartament.
Aspectos negativos: Ants in the house.

Aspectos positivos: Big apartment. Very good for large group or big family,two bathrooms !Location near Las Canteras Beach. Fantastic host Francesca!. Immediately reaction by whatsapp in case we had questions. He brought us to our other apartment in Las Palmas by car! My overall value is an 8.5, not possible on the scale....
Aspectos negativos: We came in the apartment. And did some cleaning our selves. A little bit of dust here and there. The apartment is a little bit older and somethings have to be fixed : window in living room does not close good, toilet sitting loose....etc

Quiet location, close to beaches and restaurants and town centre on your doorstep. Lovely comfortable and roomy apartmen
Aspectos positivos: All good, everything one would ever need. En-suite, 2 doubles and a single and 2 bathrooms. Lovely lounge and dining area, smart TV, well equipped kitchen. Short walk to beach area and restaurants. Bonus to have a lift, also the owners basement parking - proved to be invaluable, as street parking seemed to be impossible to seek out:
Aspectos negativos: Minor gripe, seems to be a feature of most places in Spain, lack of a power shower. But not the end of the world.

Aspectos positivos: Odlična komunikacija s osobljem. Super lokacija i osigurani parking bez kojega bi bili u problemu.
Aspectos negativos: Jedan (od dva) tuša nije radio i iako je osoblje to komuniciralo dva-tri dana prije našeg dolaska, više nije bilo moguće tražiti drugu opciju smještaja, jer povrat novca nije bio moguć, a te smo informacije saznali nakon uplate. Problem je što se drugi tuš nalazi u sklopu jedne spavaće sobe i da bi se otuširali, morali smo ulaziti ljudima u sobu.

Aspectos positivos: Відпочивали з 29.9.2025 по 10.10.2025. гарне, чисте помешкання, зручне розташування, кухня обладнана усіма приладами
Aspectos negativos: Запах тухлості в одній спальні в районі шафи, не могли відкрити паркінг, поки не виміняли батарейку в пульту, в останній день бачили великий таракан на кухні
