Recomendable, pero con mejoras.

Aspectos positivos: Lo mejor la ubicación, excelente. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, la lavadora, el horno y el lavavajillas, un plus.

Aspectos negativos: Las camas y el sofá del salón bastante incómodos.

Perfect home base for Gran Canaria

Great property in fabulous location

Aspectos positivos: Great contact from the owner to arrange to collect keys and easily done. Great central location with a balcony allowing you to watch the world go by. Easy access to great bars restaurants and cafes. Plenty of supermarkets around for self catering Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge and freezer, always a plus if you are planning lots of self catering. Not far to get to the bus stops which we took advantage of exploring some of the other towns and villages Would happily go back again

Aspectos negativos: Even in October the flat was hot at night and the fan provided didn't really cool anything down. Looks like once upon a time there was AC but has been removed. We had to keep the windows closed at night as one of the nearby bars was open to 3-5am some days and the choice between noise and heat was a tough one.

Aspectos positivos: Das Seafront Terrace Apartment macht seinem Namen alle Ehre! Es liegt direkt am schönen Sandstrand der Playa de las Canteras mit Blick auf die Uferpromenade. Vom Balkon kann man den ganzen Tag das Meer und das Treiben auf der Standpromenade beobachten. In der Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants sowie alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein Parkhaus mit einem erschwinglichen Wochenpreis ist nicht weit entfernt. Der Empfang durch den Eigentümer war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Das Appartement bietet alles, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt notwendig ist - eine super ausgestattete Küche, einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich und 2 bequeme Schlafzimmer. Wir bedanken uns für die nette Betreuung vor Ort und diese schöne Unterkunft.

Escapade de quelques jours à las palmas

Aspectos positivos: Appartement très agréable, bien équipé. La vue sur la mer et sur la promenade est magnifique, on peut rester des heures à écouter le bruit de la mer. L’hôte très sympathique. Parking las Canteras à proximité très pratique pour quelques jours. Boulangerie juste en dessous et le restaurant Tasca Galielo à tester absolument les tapas.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento bellissimo fronte mare, spazioso con due camere da letto, provvisto di tutto. Alejandro il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il balcone è meraviglioso, sembra di stare dentro l'oceano. Consigliatissimo!!

Aspectos positivos: Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Boissons de bienvenue. Tout ce qui concernait la maison etait mise à disposition. Aucun besoin d'acheter quoi que ce soit. Situation géographique. Boulangerie qui fait de très bons petits déjeuner juste en bas de l'immeuble Hôte très aimable.. Une vue sur mer incroyable qui donne l'impression d'être dans un bateau.

Aspectos negativos: L'appartement est au 1er étage et un bar juste en bas. Ceux qui ont le sommeil léger ont eu du mal a dormir ( samedi soir seulement)

A clean comfortable apartment in a perfect location in Las Palmas with exceptional views.

Aspectos positivos: The location and the views from the apartment are exceptional. The apartment is located right on the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach - It has a nice little balcony that overlooks the beach and is a great place to sit and relax, or visit. There are outdoor restaurants, ice cream shops, tables with umbrellas, a grocery store right there. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed to fix meals (we cooked our breakfasts, and made dinner a few of the nights). I would say the apartment is in one of the best locations in Las Palmas. Our host greeted us when we checked in - he was both gracious and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The apartment does not include parking, but there is a parking ramp nearby which worked out fine for us.
