Aspectos positivos: Estaba muy bien y Simona fue encantadora, volveremos y seguro cogeremos de nuevo el alojamiento con ella, había agua calentita, un ventilador de techo en la habitación y había armarios empotrados, muchas gracias

Aspectos positivos: - Facilidad de comunicación con la anfitriona. - El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario (menaje…).

Aspectos negativos: - Al ser un primer piso, llegan los olores de los locales de abajo. - El parking del edificio se llena enseguida y a veces es imposible aparcar en él. - Justo cuando fuimos estaban reformando el jardín de alrededor de la piscina. (Está claro que el edificio necesita renovación).

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy cómodo ,acogedor y con todos los servicios necesarios para la estancia. La zona es tranquila y sin ruidos de la calle. Simona de 10, siempre pendiente y dispuesta a ayudar.

Aspectos positivos: I liked the location, which was very central to shops, cafés, and restaurants, and not too far from the beach. It was also conveniently near public buses and transport links. We were greeted by Simona, who let us into the flat—she was very engaging over text and lovely in person. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and we felt very safe during our stay. I would definitely stay again.

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the noise in the morning from renovation works taking place outside in the courtyard area. This is, of course, understandable and not something the host can control. Additionally, the shower drainage fills up quite quickly, and if it gets too full, it can leak out slightly—this just seems like it needs a minor fix. Overall, these were small issues and didn’t take away too much from the stay.

Fantastic apartment and great location.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location for getting to Yumbo Centrum and not too far from Playa Del Inglés either. Close to bus links for other places. Lots of shops and eateries nearby too. Nice little comfy apartment for a holiday with decent cooking facilities.

Aspectos negativos: No fault of the apartment but there was construction going on in the courtyard and flats nearby so was a little noisy with that work in the mornings. We evicted some bugs from the floor in the bathroom at night time but they seemed to stay away during the day too.

Aspectos positivos: We had a fantastic stay in this apartment, largely thanks to Simona, who was an incredible host. Due to flight issues, we arrived very late, and she had kindly provided us with snacks—a thoughtful touch that truly made all the difference! From the beginning to the end of our stay, she was always attentive to our well-being, showing immense kindness. A truly kind-hearted person! As for the apartment itself, it's in a superb location, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is easily accessible, which is incredibly convenient. I recommend it 200% without hesitation!

Quiet flat in good location and basic equipment, great host

Aspectos positivos: We arrived by car and could leave it at the free private parking in front of the house. Simona is a very friendly and proactive host! She met us in person to handover the keys and explain everything. The apartment is perfect for two persons, and a third one would have fit as well. The flat was quiet and it is very well located very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Yumbo.

Aspectos negativos: From our point of few this apartment offers everything necessary. The only thing to consider is that there is no AC, but a good ventilator in the sleeping room. So the temperature was always good in the flat.
