Aspectos positivos: Lo bien equipado que estaba el apartamento con lo básico para poder cocinar. Amplio y cómodo para pasar unos días, cerca de la playa.

Aspectos negativos: Faltaría una balda en la ducha para poder dejar botes

Aspectos positivos: Todo muy bien, bastante limpio y confortable, el anfitrión amable y atento, la experiencia muy positiva.

Aspectos positivos: Desde la decoración hasta la limpieza, la atención por parte del anfitrión, los servicios prestados o la ubicación, el apartamento es una magnífica opción para unas vacaciones memorables en el sur de la isla.

Aspectos negativos: A pesar de la espléndida ubicación del apartamento, el complejo es una edificación antigua, lo cual resta calidad a la experiencia; asimismo, precisamente por dónde se encuentra, el aparcamiento resulta complejo, que no insalvable. Por último, creemos conveniente mencionar la presencia de una cucaracha, lo cual nos impide calificar la estancia de diez.

Aspectos negativos: Lo único negativo que le veo es que entra demasiada claridad por el ventanal que da a la piscina

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy bonito, moderno y dotado de todas las facilidades que he podido necesitar. Muy buena localización cerca del centro comercial Yumbo pero ni una molestia en cuánto a ruidos. La piscina genial con hamacas y sombrillas de sobra. Mi vuelo de vuelta era a las 3 pm y en mi caso y por tener disponibilidad me ofrecieron el check out más tarde sin problema alguno. Se agradece! La estancia ha sido excelente! Muy recomendable.

Aspectos negativos: Por decir alguna cosa y a mi parecer, sería genial que la piscina de los apartamentos cerrase un poco más tarde de las 6 pm. Un baño rápido previo a la cena a veces apetece! Pecata minuta.

Aspectos positivos: Ampliamente recomendable. Muy cómodo, tranquilo, totalmente equipado. Resulta muy agradable estar en el apartamento. Sin duda, nos encantaría repetir en el futuro. La relación calidad -precio es inmejorable. La recepción y comunicación con el propietario fue excelente. Todo cuidado al detalle. No pudimos estar más contentos con la elección.

Nice Clean Modern appartment Frendly Host Close to Yumbo & the beach

Aspectos positivos: A very nice stay. The Host was very friendly and helpful The apartment Looks clean, fresh and modern with an open plan large space Great TV nice kitchen everything you could need, The shower was nice, and enough hot water for one person to shower. The pool area is basic and gets the sun most of the day but I was mostly only staying as the place looked great inside and went to the beach most of the time so didn't need the pool. Easy to bring friends back to cook dinner or have drinks without issues as no security demanding passports. I would stay again.

Aspectos negativos: my only slight issue was shower unit was a little small cramped. the light in the room was very bright maybe a few more options to have slightly less bright lamps. Even the desk lamp still lights up the whole room and had to put a towel over it to darken the room a bit and the small bed lamp was not working. I think because all the walls are white it just makes everything very bright. also, I like the two-way mirror looking outside but the blinds did not shut completely with gaps so when the lights were on was worried about people looking in as I was relaxing I would have liked a full blackout curtain option as resting in the day the room was just bright light in the room. but all the above are not major issues I WOULD STAY AGAIN. :)

This apartment was perfect for my first solo trip away to Gran Canaria. Will be back!

Aspectos positivos: Location was perfect for access to the Yumbo Centre and the Beach. Aircon was a fantastic addition to this already well kitted out apartment - nice private terrace.

Aspectos negativos: The shower sadly blocked (possibly from sand) - but the host resolved the issue very quickly and it was fine after that.

Lovely apartment but let down by noisy neighbours

Aspectos positivos: Javier was a fantastic host, always available on WhatsApp. He contacted us early to confirm arrival time, complete paperwork and send over a welcome pack. The apartment is decorated to a high standard and there’s all the facilities you’d have at home (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, coffee pod machine, iron, smart tv and internet. The pool is easily accessible and there’s plenty of sun beds stacked up. Great sun spot round the pool all day.

Aspectos negativos: Hot water runs out very fast in the shower, 2-3 minutes max, however we found the electric water heater was on eco mode above the washing machine and we could turn it up to a higher temperature, took a couple of days to figure that out. Hot showers thereafter! :-) My partner did not get on with the bed because they have arthritis and it was too firm. They spent the holiday sleeping on the sofa :-( The apartment complex is full of privately owned flats and it can get noisy. I know you can’t guarantee who you’re going to get next door to you but you can hear noise outside day and night both outside the front door and rear entrance by the staircase. On our 1st week we had a noisy family in apartment 105 and they talked loudly, had the tv radio on loudly. On our 2nd week it was like the Spanish spring break had arrived! Multiple apartments around us making noise all day and night, particularly apartment 102 large group of girls and more above them. They just had their doors open day and night and you could hear them all talking loudly, sometimes shouting to each other walking around the complex and playing loud music. This went on to 2-3am twice. They didn’t seem to go out. Had to wear headphones round the pool some days as there were just loud people. One day in the 2nd week there was a man, whom I can only describe as a bird enthusiast, who just kept whistling loudly at them all day from his balcony! You couldn’t make it up, it was truly bizarre!! The onsite security guard didn’t seem bothered by any of this and just walked round. I’m assuming there’s rules about noise levels? It’s such a shame as Javier is a fantastic host and the apartment is really well preserved. I wouldn’t stay again because of the bed and mostly because of the noise.

Aspectos positivos: A lovely modern apartment just a short 3 minute walk from the Yumbo centre. A perfect distance to avoid the loud noise but close enough to pop in for a drink or two. Excellent facilities such as washer dryer, dishwasher, Aircon and large fan. The privacy glass on the windows means you can see out but no one can see in. Being on the ground floor means no stairs! Perfect after long days walking. Also easy to walk to the pool and sun loungers. We also really liked the key safe, meaning we never had to take our keys out to the bars and worry about losing them. The star of this apartment is the kind and VERY helpful Javier, he communicated beautifully and was very helpful. The apartment represented him very well as it was very well stocked with all things you might need. There was even a well stocked seasoning draw (salt, pepper, herbs, spices etc.) this made my chef other half very happy! We would reccomend to others and stay again.

Aspectos negativos: The shower is lovely but not big enough for sharing ;). You also might want to bring a sleeping mask if you want late sleep-ins as there are no black-out blinds. We were going to bed very late 5am/6am, so would get woken by the sun at 9am/10am. Appreciate most people will go to bed at a normal time!
