Aspectos positivos: Apartamento reformado completamente, impecable y equipado con todo. Una decoración bonita, te sientes como en casa. El tamaño y la comodidad de la cama, un aire acondicionado silencioso, una TV enorme, buenas toallas, tanto de baño como de piscina, el sillón del salón súper cómodo. La piscina es impresionante, con tumbonas y sombrillas, y lo mejor es que estaba el agua caliente. La ubicación es perfecta, queríamos descansar del coche, y puedes ir andando a la playa y a las zonas de ocio. Fabio, un gran anfitrión, muy atento y educado. Tuvieron varios detalles que se agradecen mucho cuando llegas de viaje , agua, refresco, fruta. Recomiendo 100% este apartamento.

Un hogar en Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: Me gustó la decoración, la distribución de las estancias y la cocina y baño bien equipados con muchos utensilios. También agradecimos que haya toallas de playa y sombrillas. La smart TV con todas las aplicaciones. Y por supuesto la amabilidad y disposición de Fabiana para atendernos.

Aspectos negativos: Huele bien pero es demasiado fuerte el olor.

Aspectos positivos: I was collected from the airport, met immediately I stepped out of the car and shown into the apartment by the lovely Fabiana. The flat was spotless, view over the pool, smart TV with Netflix, comfortable bed, smallish kitchen with washing machine, capsule coffee machine, induction hob. Importantly key cooking and cleaning stuff such as olive oil, vinegar, washing up liquid, salt and pepper and a few coffee capsules were there for me. 10 mins walk to Playa de Ingles and load of bars and restaurants on the beachfron there; 5-10 mins the other way to supermarkets, a shopping centre and 20 mins to a fantastic traditional tapas restaurant. Taxi rank in the road outside - easy to get taxis any time of day. 13 mins tax ride to the cooler bars in Meloneras.

Aspectos negativos: The hot water in the shower didn't last long. But then I like really long hot showers.

Aspectos positivos: I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. The place was spotless — very clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around from. What really stood out, though, was the host. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I felt very welcome and well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Aspectos positivos: Perfect little apartment right in the centre of Playa del Inglés. Great value for money. Brilliant location just a few minutes from the beach and Yumbo centre, but also not too far from the trails. Bus stop nearby. Easy contact with the very helpful host. Lovely little balcony with no direct sun in winter, so the apartment is nice and cool all day.

Amazing stay at this simply breathtaking apartment!

Aspectos positivos: Everything, the hosts Fabio & Fabiana, are simply amazing. Fabiana met us outside on arrival with the most friendliest & warm welcoming hug. She then brought us up & showed us around the apartment. As soon as the door opened, we were totally shocked at simply how beautiful this little place was. It was my friends birthday & they even left us the most delicious cheesecake & bottle of bubbles which was so lovely of them. Honestly, I could write so much about this place, but it would take you stay in it to see why. The fact it has Netflix & a smart tv was also a highlight for us, especially people with young kids. This is just amazing! The apartment has literally everything you could possibly need. Thanks again for one of the best weeks in this gorgeous place & we really can't wait to get back again sooner than later. Highly recommended to all friends/family ❤️😍 Mark & Jamie xx

Aspectos negativos: There's nothing at all we can fault about this place apart from a wee small issue with the air con function dripping outside & the bucket constantly overflowing nearly everyday. But something as simple as this would never put me off this beautiful apartment.

Perfect spot for a perfect holiday

Aspectos positivos: This really is a home away from home. A wonderful apartment within a five minute walk to the Yumbo Center and within ten minutes of the beach with many bars and restaurants. Busstops close by to connect you with destinations all over the island with reliable buses. The apartment is small, but convenient and has a separate living room, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. It really has all you need. A very reliable WiFi as well. But the unique selling point of this apartment is the host Fabio and his representative on the island Fabiana, who met me upon arrival at the apartment and also keeps the apartment immaculately clean. Ask them anything reasonable and they will provide it. They are 100% service minded and supportive of the guests.A very good price-quality ratio. So, this apartment comes highly reccomended.
