Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, está en el centro neurálgico de sector playa el inglés con muchos bares/restaurantes cerca para pasar veladas maravillosas. Al llegar nos asombramos de lo espacioso que es el apartamento y muy cómodo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario! El restaurant que está justo abajo del edificio (patio canario) 100% recomendable si quieren disfrutar de auténtica comida canaria. El sector de la piscina es muy agradable también, solo que la piscina es un poco fría pero seguramente es ideal para temporada de verano. Nos quedamos 6 días y todo anduvo perfecto, Miriam es muy gentil y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitaramos. Lo mejor de este lugar es la relación precio calidad, pues es un lugar realmente privilegiado. Volveremos!!!!!

A good apartment for the price if you prefer a larger space.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is spacious and bright, which are its main advantages. The location is good — in Maspalomas everything is close by. You’ll have to go down some stairs to reach the beach, but there is an elevator not far away. All the appliances in the apartment worked, and there are no complaints about the bedroom except for the pillows, which are basically just a collection of lumps. The sun reaches the balcony after 15:00. Overall, it’s a good apartment for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend relying on the sofa as a sleeping place. A karaoke bar operates until around 2–3 a.m., which makes it impossible to sleep on the sofa. In the bedroom, if you close the door, nothing disturbs your sleep. The apartment had soap, dishwashing liquid, a sponge, laundry detergent, oil, and spices. There was also a good variety of kitchenware.

Aspectos negativos: Communication with the host was very cold, possibly due to a language barrier, and the check-in instructions were extremely brief and not very informative. When I arrived, there wasn’t even a small bottle of water. There was also no possibility to use the paid parking on the property — the host was away and couldn’t provide the key, blaming me for not asking about it in advance. The sofa was dirty and had hair on it.

Fantastic apartment for both shorter and longer stay with all needed.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean and comfortable apartment. It is bigger than it seems from the pictures. Apartment contains all what is needed for vacation and even longer stays. Central location - close to the beach and several amenities. The stay was really pleasant, without any issues. The owner responds quickly and is easy to approach. The owner arranged the parking within the complex which was very helpful (it is almost impossible to find any parking spot on the street). Absolutely no complaints. I can only recommend.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in toller Lage!

Aspectos positivos: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Interaktion mit dem Besitzer bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe war hervorragend und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top – man ist sehr schnell überall, da Bushaltestellen, der Strand und ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen. Die Gegend ist sehr lebendig und der lokale Flohmarkt ist ein echtes Highlight!

Aspectos negativos: Die Ausstattung ist an sich super, allerdings haben wir im Sommer eine Klimaanlage und in der Küche eine Mikrowelle vermisst.

Doskonałe wakacje w pięknym miejscu.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastyczna lokalizacja, wnętrze czyste, zadbane, apartament dobrze wyposażony. Jest pralka, piekarnik, wyciskarka do soków itp. Ponadto posiada 2 balkony, z których widać cudne palmy ocean oraz góry. Z drugiej strony spektakularny widok na okolicę Playa del Ingles. Plusem jest doskonała komunikacja z gospodarzem obiektu. Chętnie wróce tutaj z mężem, aby spędzić kolejne cudowne wakacje. Polecam ten obiekt.
