A very lovely holiday home in an excellent location for exploring Gran Canaria.

Aspectos positivos: Great location… transport links are excellent. Perfect base to explore the island from. Close to beach and lots of local facilities. Apartment really clean and well maintained and equipped. Bed is comfortable ( memory foam type mattress). Very light and airy. Lots of storage and two very private balconies. WiFi easy to access and fast. I had no connection issues during my stay. Block feels very safe and management company check in by text regularly and keen to be of service…. Encouraged feedback and suggestions and took these on board.

Aspectos negativos: Unfortunately, on arrival, the lifts can only be accessed from the first floor… there is a key in the room to operate the lift from the ground floor.. but as a solo traveller, I had to haul my suitcase up to the first floor before I could get the lift to the sixth floor and enter the apartment. I did ask the management team if I could possibly leave the key at reception on leaving so I could take my luggage in the lift to the ground floor when leaving… they did check and unfortunately this isn’t an option. Reception isn’t overtly manned. So all communication is via text or phone to the management team. They do respond very quickly though. Despite this, I would still return because my overall experience was very positive.. this isn’t a property for anyone with mobility or dependency needs though.

Une séjour super dans un endroit bien situé.

Aspectos positivos: L'appartement était propre, bien situé, on avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour y habiter. Le logement avait une belle piscine mais dommage pas chauffé. On pouvait accéder à la plage à pieds et aux commerces, sorties. Top. De l'ambiance, mais calme pour dormir et bien entretenu. On trouve à manger et à danser très tard.

Aspectos negativos: La remise des clés était mal expliqué, un simple vidéo mais quand on arrive sur place le soir il n'y a personne pour accueillir et pour rentrer dans l'appartement il fallait une clé afin d'accéder à l'ascenseur et pouvoir accéder au logement ensuite. Le code on ne nous dit pas que c'est pour ouvrir la porte de l'appartement et que dedans cmse trouve la fameuse clé pour ouvrir l'ascenseur. Une meilleure explication avec des instructions plus précises aurait été mieux.
