Aspectos positivos: Todo. Me ha gustado todo. Ahora me queda como un bonito recuerdo
Aspectos negativos: Que no tenía el mando para entrar en el aparcamiento. Tenía cada vez salir del coche para abrir la puerta. Colchón era incómodo, antiguo, sonaba, colocado sobre 2 somier individual, pero muy grande, eso sí

Yo repetiría.
Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, lo tranquilo que era por la noche. Cercano al Jumbo, pero tranquilo cuando te ibas al apartamento.
Aspectos negativos: Quizás necesita ropa de cama más de entretiempo. Me explico ... El edredón de la cama era demasiado gordo, de manera, que había momentos que pasabas calor, y otros momentos en los que te quedabas frio. Con unas sabanas normales estaría resuelto. Eché en falta algún juego de sabanas adicional durante los 10 días que estuve.

Buena relación calidad/precio
Aspectos positivos: Ubicación buena, cerca de las dunas de Maspalomas, supermercado, farmacia y restaurantes. El apartamento en general estaba bien y era amplio. Aunque estuvimos sin wifi los primeros días Marco estuvo pendiente de solucionar la incidencia y nos compensó saliendo el último día más tarde.
Aspectos negativos: Por decir algo la cama era un poco incómoda, quizás necesite ser cambiada ya por una nueva.

A wonderful stay once again!
Aspectos positivos: I was back in this place for a second year in a row and was once again super happy! Clean & comfortable rooms, a nice pool and great location to discover the surrounding area. The kitchen & bathroom were fully equipped and even a washing machine was ready to use. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars within quick walking distance. The communication with Marco was wonderful, he tool care of everything and did everything possible to make me feel like home! :)

Aspectos positivos: Very nice location, close to the dunes and playa de Ingrid. Very comfortable apartment with almost all the devices and kitchenwares.
Aspectos negativos: maybe it's better to prepare more start pack for tissues, kitchen papers and coffee capsules so that we don't need to rush from Spar on the arrival day.

Decent apartment with a good location
Aspectos positivos: This apartment is a perfect location between Yumbo and CITA and within walking distance of most pubs and restaurants. Also, you have only a 20-minute walk to the beach. The facilities are basic, but clean and secure. There is a large pool and sun terrace that we hardly saw anyone using, so you can almost have that to yourselves.
Aspectos negativos: They could do with stocking back up on bowls and glasses etc. And the shower head and sliding shower screen could do with some attention, but that's really about it on the downside for the whole stay.

Close proximity to the Yumbo and Cita Center
Aspectos positivos: Best WiFi I ever had on this Island. Good working Nespresso Machine. Supermarket on the premises. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of good restaurants in close proximity. It was quiet, no noise from the main road could be heard. Large TV 50\
Aspectos negativos: There is no A/C. Even with the sliding doors open, the temperature around midnight showed 29°C in the bedroom. There was no view from the balcony. It is jammed in between an opposite wall and a parking lot below. The outside sunbeds were uncomfortable, they should be replaced.

Rundum angenehmes Urlaubsquartier mit vielen Extras.
Aspectos positivos: Sehr schönes kleines Apartment, mit allem ausgestattet, was den Aufenthalt angenehm werden lässt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung war vorbildlich. Bei kleinem Problem mit der Elektrik sofort zur Stelle. Hervorzuheben ist noch ein sehr gutes kostenfreies Internet und Parkplätze für Mietauto. Kleiner Spar-Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke.
Aspectos negativos: Prinzipiell keine Kritik. Es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein und ein Abtropfgestell für den Abwasch.
