Great host and great stay

Aspectos positivos: Great location with good proximity to the beach and Yumbo center. Had a lovely pool area which was well maintained. Apartment was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. We loved coming back atvthe end of the day to prepare food and sit out on the balcony. Our host Fran was friendly, welcoming and felt he went above and beyond for me and my friend. Highly recommend.

Aspectos negativos: Odours that we think was coming up through the shower drain. We don’t think it was anything to do with the apartment, but probably more down to the whole buildings plumbing system. It didn’t linger the whole time and was contained to the bathroom. So odours came and went.

Aspectos positivos: We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, well maintained and fully equipped exactly as described and shown in the photos. The location is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, yet still quiet and comfortable. The apartment was also very suitable for a family with a child, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and safe from the first day. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. Fran is an exceptional host kind, helpful and very attentive. Communication was quick, clear and friendly from the moment of booking until departure. Fran genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and is always willing to help. Thanks to him, our stay was completely stress-free and very enjoyable. A perfect host!

Aspectos positivos: This is the second time we have stayed at one of Chris's properties and were very satisfied. Chris is very obliging. Air conditioning is a bonus.

Aspectos positivos: Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Fran empfangen. Er zeigte und erklärte uns alles was wir wissen mussten. In der Wohnung, die sehr sauber war hatten wir alles was wir brauchten. Es gab mehrere Handtücher und Duschtücher sowie Strandlaken. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Anlage und kommen gerne wieder

Aspectos positivos: Les propriétaires sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très serviable. L'appartement est très bien équipé et tout est proche pour les loisirs. Je le recommande

Aspectos positivos: Chris ist super nett, das Apartment hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Yumbocenter , und 50 Meter entfernt ist ein Sparladen darunter befindet sich ein Restaurant mit einem sehr gutem Buffet unter 20,- Euro. Die Mülltonnen sind etwas versteckt, wenn man das Haus verlässt geht man nach rechts bis zur Farmacia dort sind die Tonnen im Erdboden versenkt.

Aspectos negativos: Man könnte die Abflussrohre im Bad wegen des Geruchs mal mit Clorreiniger spülen, aber das ist wirklich das einzigste was man verbessern kann...
