Aspectos positivos: El anfitrión genial, dejó unos snacks. Además, cuando llegué la ducha no tenía presión y al día siguiente a primera hora de la mañana ya estaba solucionado

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento estaba perfecto, por dentro no faltaba de nada, el detalle de dejarnos agua y algunos productos más, ubicación magnífica, aparcamiento en el complejo. La piscina

Aspectos negativos: Las instalaciones del complejo algo dejadas, el ascensor no iba hasta nuestro piso.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento muy bonito reformado, Marcelo que fue quien me entregó las llaves superatento todo el tiempo y muy simpático, bastante amplio el apartamento y muy acogedor, un montón de detalles, botella de agua, café, infusiones, azucar etc.

Aspectos negativos: Lo que menos me gustó en general fue el edificio que está muy mal cuidado y el ascensor que olia a cloaca, pero no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento que estaba muy bien, la única pega del apartamento es que no tenga aire acondicionado que es un poco horno sobre todo por la noche, de resto todo perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: Pool, comfortable bed, great central location, aircon, WiFi, balcony. The best thing was the host who was so helpful.

Aspectos negativos: Lifts and stairwells in poor condition (although this is not the fault of this individual property - lifts didn’t bother us at all as we never used them as only 2 flights of stairs).

Superb small apartment let down by the block it is in

Aspectos positivos: This is an excellent small apartment, well equipped with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. A/c, washing machine, etc, worked well. Host was superb with excellent communication and assistance, and a nice welcome gift. Apartment was fully serviced half way through a one week stay. It was easy to keep warm during cooler weather in January.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment block is very poor. Many areas are in a poor state of repair. While the immediate pool area is well maintained, the rest of the central outdoor space is untidy, unusable or unsightly. Entrances, stairs, hallways and corridors are dirty, untidy, poorly repaired/decorated and unwelcoming. Of the two lifts closest to the flat, one was not working and the other had a faulty button that meant it couldn't stop at the required floor. The hot water boiler is very small and only just enough for one short shower.

Aspectos positivos: This apartment is amazing and communication with Marcelo the host is top ten. The stay was absolutely wonderful, location super good, very clean apartment and comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I will book this place again

Aspectos positivos: L'appartement est très bien situé pour se déplacer sur l'île, le parking est un vrai plus ! Il ne manque rien pour passer un très bon séjour et Marcelo est disponible et agréable. Merci beaucoup !

Aspectos positivos: Könnyen megközelíthető helyen van, kényelmes a lakás elrendezése, szállásadó nagyon kedves és segítőkész.

Aspectos negativos: Nem volt kávéfőző, kevés a melegvíz amit használni lehet, mivel kicsi a bojler. Így egy hajmosás és zuhanyzás együtt nehézkes volt.

Aspectos positivos: La posizione comoda e vicino a tutto, appartamento arredato bene e ha tutto, il proprietario una persona gentile, simpatica e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.

Aspectos positivos: Nell’appartamento c’era tutto Il necessario per il soggiorno e poi marcelo sempre gentile e disponibile

Aspectos negativos: Purtroppo il parcheggio non è strutturato molto bene e a volte per parcheggiare si impazzisce un po’ tra manovre e trovare posto e forse avrei messo un tavolino un po’ più alto nella terrazza per poter mangiare fuori ovviamente solo un consiglio
