Aspectos positivos: Ubicación perfecta cerca a las Dunas de Maspalonas caminando 10 minutos , y a la Playa del Ingles 17 minutos Facil desplazamiento a otros lugares de interes turistico Como Puerto Mogan y Playa Mogan en auto 20 minutos Excelente trasporte público en el sector y sus alrededores, El complejo residencial cuenta con una excelente piscina Para uso de los residentes de 10 am a las 19 horas , Restaurantes y supermercados en los alrededores

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento. excelente. la atención por parte proietarios exepcional. Bastante cómodo y bien situado.

Aspectos negativos: El problema en si es el edificio. Sería genial que esas reformas sigan adelante. Y pueda estar en concordancia con el apartamento.

Great location near Jumbo 🏳️‍🌈!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is in a very convenient spot near Jumbo 🏳️‍🌈, with a supermarket right across the street and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The location isn’t very close to Kiosk 5, but there’s convenient bus service to Faro. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance over the phone. The apartment itself is nice and the bed is comfortable. The building is quite large (around 300 flats), and could use a bit of a refresh, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Aspectos negativos: Some very small things: For a 14-day stay, just three small rolls of toilet paper weren’t quite enough (problem of all apartments everywhere)🤣. It would be great if the cleaning staff could pay a bit more attention to the floors, as sand from outside / “from the air” tends to build up. The hot water could last longer, especially is more people visiting, and the hairdryer could be a bit more powerful. I also missed having a coffee machine — a Nespresso would be a fantastic addition!

Modern apartment in ideal location for Yumbo

Aspectos positivos: Modern apartment with everything needed for my stay. Host (Enrico) met me in main reception areas and gave me walkthrough of apartment. Particularly liked that it was RFID card for access to main building, and smart lock for the apartment itself so didn't have keys to worry about.

Aspectos negativos: Bed could be a bit more comfortable, but its not stopped me booking this apartment again for my next visit to the island. The building itself could be doing with renovation, but does look like work has started.

Struttura veramente Relax come la sua definizione

Aspectos positivos: La posizione x me ottima vicinissima a San fernando e vicino un po a tutto io sono stato molto bene e ho trovato tanta gentilezza che non è poco

Aspectos negativos: Lo spazio esterno meriterebbe un po più di attenzione ma gli spazi sono in ristrutturazione

Aspectos positivos: Ottima posizione, con la macchina si raggiunge qualsiasi luogo di interesse. C'e la piscina , comoda dopo una giornata al mare. Staff disponibile anche nel consigliare posti in cui mangiare.

Aspectos negativos: Parcheggio selvaggio, difficile parcheggiare e spesso bisogna lasciare la macchina fuor,i sulla strada. Il lavandino della cucina trabocca di moscerini che ci siamo ritrovati sul cibo.

Für mich dort das perfekte Apartment - easy going unkompliziert. Gerne wieder und dann länger!!!

Aspectos positivos: Das Apartment ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet (genau wie auf den Fotos). Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Für meine Woche alles perfekt!!!

Aspectos negativos: WiFi gut, aber nicht immer stabil. Gelegentlich Wiedereinwahl nötig.
