Beautiful.

Aspectos positivos: The property is wonderful - the view to the sea is beautiful and fills the room with the natural light. I love the uniqueness of the bed and the mirror wall - very cool!

Aspectos negativos: Bathroom is a bit small but hey it does the job! Also, it is a bit far away from all the action! However I did go to the gym (20 min walk) almost every morning which was an amazing ritual!

Comfortable vacation

Aspectos positivos: Amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise, cozy bed, beach right next to the apartment, beach chairs provided, well located to discover the small villages around Maspalomas

Aspectos negativos: Parking at the weekend and in the evening really an issue, noisy neighbors downstairs,(couldn‘t hear them inside but down at the pool), only one small restaurant in walking distance

Tolle Lage direkt an der Steilküste

Aspectos positivos: Tolle Lage direkt über der Atlantikküste. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viele Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen.

Aspectos negativos: Das leidige Problem mit den fehlenden Parkplätzen. Da muss man halt abends an einen der Strandparkplätze von St. Augustin fahren.

Panorama spettacolare

Aspectos positivos: L'appartamento bello, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per una casa vacanza. Il panorama spettacolare e dormire con il rumore delle onde che ti fanno da ninna nanna non ha prezzo.

Aspectos negativos: In zona è impossibile parcheggiare. Trovare un posto per mettere la macchina un incubo, abbiamo anche preso 100 euro di multa per aver parcheggiato sulle strisce pedonali, unico posto disponibile al momento del rientro a casa.

Chętnie tam wrócę.

Aspectos positivos: Widok na ocean i możliwość podziwiania wschodu słońca wprost z łóżka czyni te miejsce wyjątkowym. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Wszystko co potrzebne żeby zrobić pranie. Wygodne i duże łóżko. Cicha okolica.

Aspectos negativos: Nie ma tragedii, ale przydał by się lekki remont, wtedy byłaby zdecydowana 10. Na przystanek ponad 10 min, ale to było wiadome przed zabukowaniem.

Najpiękniejsze wschody słońca

Aspectos positivos: Genialny widok, szum fal kołysał do snu, a wschód słońca cudownie budził o poranku. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dużo udogodnień nie wymienionych na booking : żelazko, suszarka do włosów, deska do prasowania, mnóstwo przydatnych rzeczy :)

Aspectos positivos: Tout était bien. Évidemment la vue imprenable sur la mer. Il y a vraiment tout pour bien cuisiner, pour laver la vaisselle et entretenir le sol. Il ne manquait rien. Wifi ok. Climatisation. Machine à laver/sécher. Lit très confortable. Décoration très plaisante. Endroit calme. Un spar à 500m. Marco est très réactifs aux questions et prend contact avec nous bien avant notre arrivée, je trouve cela est très réconfortant.

Aspectos negativos: Les escaliers qui mènent à la plage côté gauche (fatiguant), côté droit il y a moyen de les éviter, plus facile par la route mais un peu plus long. Dommage qu'il y ait 1 grande différence de prix entre 1semaine en octobre et 1 semaine en février.
