4 minutes walk from Yumbo

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, todo cerca dunas , playa , restaurantes, farmacia, zona de ocio ,yumbo etc. El edificio muy tranquilo sin ruidos por la noche. El apartamento tenía lo necesario para una familia.

Excellent location and beautiful sunset

Aspectos positivos: So close to bars and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and barely could hear the road. But the best part was the view at sunset.

Aspectos negativos: The sunloungers by the pool need a mattress to be comfortable but that’s beyond the fault of the property.

Very good but it could be excellent with few good touches

Aspectos positivos: The location near the yumbo and all the amenities. The view from the balcony, the washer, the air conditioning, and the nice internet, all the kitchen supplies but an electric coffee machine, and a real oven. The host is always there in time and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The flat needs a little tlc, some walls are dirty from children, i fixed a kitchen handle that just needed to be screwed. The bedroom curtain needs to be darker cause they let too much light go through in the morning. The main window it is hard to slide and doesn't lock. The air conditioning will need a gas refill soon. The materas needs a topper cause it is kind of hard. It would be nice to have all the detergents, toilet paper and trash bags refilled for all the duration of the staying. And a small welcome package with cava, wine and water would be really a nice touch. These are small recommendations to improve a very good apartment that is located in the best area of pdi, so it can reach a 5 stars level.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic location with groceries and restaurants around you. Sergio is amazing host with professional attitude.

Aspectos positivos: Apartmán mal veľmi dobrú polohu. V okolí bol dostatok reštaurácii a obchodov. Apartmánový komplex disponuje aj vlastným bazénom. Či sme prišli cez deň alebo neskôr večer, zaparkovať sa dalo maximálne do vzdialenosti 150m od apartmánu. Apartmán bol pekne zariadený, jeho vybavenie bolo účelné a absolútne postačujúce na kratší aj dlhší pobyt (kompletné vybavenie kuchyne, práčka, žehlička, TV, rádio). Komunikácia s majiteľom apartmánu bola bezproblémová a vždy nám zodpovedal čo sme potrebovali.

Aspectos negativos: V podstate nemáme výhrady, možno jeden detail. Pred príchodom nových hostí odporúčame dôslednejšiu kontrolu upratania, napríklad riadov či vyvetrania práčky.

Aspectos positivos: L'accueil fait par Sergio, 5 étoiles! Petit appartement bien équipé avec climatisation, chauffage, internet : tout fonctionne bien. Lit très confortable. Le complexe comporte une grande piscine pour nager 😄. La vue du balcon est extraordinaire !

Aspectos negativos: La chambre devrait être équipée de fenêtres plus isolantes car on entend le bruit de la rue.
