Tinache Blue Marine apartment

Aspectos positivos: Los detalles de tener lavavajillas, un estropajo y bayeta nuevos, cafe y azucar para empezar a situarte, agua fresca en la nevera. Secador, plancha, una sombrilla para poder usarla en la playa. Pequeños detalles que hacen mas agradable la estancia. Una situacion inmejorable.

Aspectos negativos: La ducha demasiado estrecha y el váter tan elevado. Pero si no tienes problemas de movilidad se puede llevar bien.

Aspectos positivos: El sitio es muy acogedor y bien ubicado!. Pero lo mejor es el trato y atención que nos brindaron. Le doy un 10 a Gaia por su atención,complicidad,el buen trato al cliente y sobre todo te hace sentirte coo si estuvieras en casa!!!

Aspectos positivos: Great pool . Enough long chairs and parasols . Great location. Had washing machine and even some coffee and water int he fridge .

Great apartment in Tinache complex!

Aspectos positivos: Pretty much everything. Above all: The host's kindness and responsiveness The location: it's strategically placed near steakhouses and other restaurants, 15' walk from main beach, and 10-15' from all main shopping centres abd nightlife points. Cleanliness Great day-zero stock: salt, pepper, oils, shower gel, plenty of pots and pans, moka, kettle: a soft landing. Value for money. All functioning furniture and appliances, in good order and cosmetically nice, many items look fairly new. Fully independent of other apartments and guests: you get a key to your flat and one that opens all main gates and common areas, so you have 24/7 access without ringing any doorbell or calling a concierge, which is a big plus for me. View on the swimming pool; and across it, to av.da de Tirajana and its many eateries. This apartment is a little gem. I strongly recommend it.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing that is perhaps a bit less than amazing is the shower: it's tiny and the hot water doesn't last very long (small boiler), say 10'. I travelled solo so no issues for me, and I guess a dynamic couple would still be ok; but if two peopke both wanna take their time in the shower, it may prove a bit challenging.

Very well worth a visit.

Aspectos positivos: Before, on arrival and on departure, the host, the very charming and efficient Gaia, was brilliant. She kept me informed of everything I needed to know. Thank you Gaia. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a big balcony.

Aspectos negativos: Only thing that I can think could have been better was the shower. It is OK but the hot water runs out quite quickly.

Aspectos positivos: Location wise is very good. The host was very nice and helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The house facilities require some maintains specially the toilet. Neighbors were quite noisy the first 2 nights.

Great Tinache Apartment

Aspectos positivos: Excellent condition and great location. Very clean with lovely balcony and pool . One of the best we have ever stayed in Playa del Ingles , after 18 years of visiting Gran Canaria. We will put it on top of our list for future visits . Gaia was lovely and helped make our stay ❤️ a happy one .

Aspectos negativos: Only thing that would improve our stay is air conditioning , but there was a welcome breeze into the apartment when you wanted it.
