Aspectos positivos: El buen trato de la dueña, desde el momento en el que se hizo la reserva se puso en contacto conmigo para disculparse porque estaba el césped recién plantado, cosa que no nos importó mucho, dado que todo el conjunto de la casa como la terraza delantera y trasera lo hacía de menos importancia, esta súper bien equipado, creo que hasta más de los que he cogido años anteriores en esa zona, esta cerca a la piscina, tiene unas vistas magnificas donde puedes sentarte en la terraza de la habitación a tomarte un café mientras ves la puesta de sol, sin dudarlo repetiré muy pronto y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares, estuvimos 9 noches y se nos hizo muy cortos los días

Buena experiencia en Bahía Meloneras 1

Aspectos positivos: La anfitriona es muy amable y respondió rápido a todas nuestras dudas. La localización del alojamiento es muy buena, a poca distancia de la playa de Meloneras y locales y tiendas. Dispone de un salón con cocina integrada, un aseo y dos habitaciones con baño completo (con ducha). La cocina está bien equipada con nevera, congelador, microondas, horno y vitrocerámica. Dispone de numerosas toallas, bolsas, sombreros... Tiene aire acondicionado tanto en el salón como en las habitaciones y ventilador en el techo en las habitaciones. Tiene un patio delantero con varias tumbonas y una mesa con sillas para comer y un pequeño patio trasero. La piscina comunitaria está muy cerca, saliendo por el patio posterior y no suele haber mucha gente. Tiene varios jacuzzis y cacadas de agua. No es climatizada. El alojamiento esta cerca de hoteles como el H10 o los Lopesan que tienen spa y a los que se puede acudir como externo, previa reserva (muy recomendado).

Aspectos negativos: A pesar de estar perfectamente equipada, nuestra sensación es que el espacio podría estar mejor distribuido en el salón. Por ejemplo, hemos echado de menos una mesa, aunque sea pequeña, para poder sentarse dentro a comer (no siempre apetece hacerlo en el patio), quizas si se quitara mueble con menaje de la izquierda (que no usamos) podría caber en ese espacio. También echamos de menos una persiana o cortinas opacas en el salón, ya que el toldo no tapa mucha luz y por la noche se puede ver desde fuera. No somos muy fans de las duchas sin plato de ducha que van directamente al desagüe ya que se puede salir el agua por todo el baño.

Excellent stay in a lovely house

Aspectos positivos: Lovely house in the Bahia Meloneras development. Comfortable and very well appointed. Really nice outside areas both front and back. An easy walk to the local beach and restaurants. Excellent.

I wish I could have stayed for longer!

Aspectos positivos: Peaceful location with a view of the sea from the upstairs balcony, only a 10 minute walk to Meloneras beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a major bus stop. Very well equipped. Bottled water, fruit, bread and a bottle of cava provided by hostess on arrival. Hand soap, shower gel, cleaning products, etc. also provided. Hostess easy to contact and very helpful. Her husband drove me to the bus stop when I left, which was a kind gesture.

Aspectos negativos: The main swimming pool was closed for repairs while I was there but that was just an unfortunate coincidence. Otherwise everything was great!

Aspectos positivos: The location is very good, close to Melonorus beach (5 mins walk) and in the opposite direction lots of restaurants, shops etc (7mins walk) We loved the direct open vista of the sea from the upstairs balcony. The house is very homely and welcoming with a lovely garden and things you may not always find in a self-catering home. Situated directly opposite the sea with a road between which is quiet and didn't bother us at all. A well kept & maintained complex. Good communication with the owner and I would definitely return.

Aspectos negativos: It would have been nice on arrival to have some tea, milk, bread, butter etc. provided as a welcome. Our flight was delayed so we arrived well after dark and nowhere close by to shop. It would also have been very useful to have a house folder which tells you about the house, the wifi code, where the nearest shops, restaurants, emergency numbers and so on. As it was we had to ask other people or message the owner (who replied immediately). A house folder is the norm and I've had these at every rental. We didn't use the pool as too cold. I've already advised the owner of the difficulties accessing the property which I think must have been a mistake with the garden gate locked and us unable to access the lock box.

Aspectos positivos: Apartment was very comfortable great facilities. Very nice and friendly owners.

Aspectos negativos: A little bit quiet.

Aspectos positivos: Das Haus war sehr persönlich ausgestattet und es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist toll, check in war sehr einfach.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit modernen Bädern und guter Lage, Sunset View.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Aspectos positivos: Die Anlage und die Lage gefallen uns sehr und wir kommen immer gerne nach Meloneras. Fußläufig zum Strand und zur Promenade von Maspalomas. Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Aspectos negativos: Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte - eine neue Kaffeemaschine wäre vom Vorteil ;-) und ein Staubsauger.
