Fantastico Duplex en Meloneras

Muy recomendable. Para repetir.

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento era muy cómodo y tenía de todo lo que puedes necesitar: toallas de playa, pequeños cacharros de cocina... La piscina estaba genial.

Aspectos negativos: La presión de la ducha del piso superior muy floja.

Expectativas superadas con creces!

Aspectos positivos: Casa acogedora, cómoda y con todo lo que puedes necesitar, hasta toallas de playa. Anfitriona de 10, nos preparó un piscolabis de bienvenida con productos canarios: frutas, ambrosías, queso y cerveza. La urbanización tiene una piscina enorme, incluso jacuzzi y piscina infantil. También tumbonas con sombrillas. En menos de 10minutos llegas andando a la playa de Meloneras, y en 25min al faro de Maspalomas (por las noches es un paseo muy agradable). Los dos patios están geniales, en uno da el sol por la mañana y en otro por la tarde, así que si estás en la casa puedes elegir sol o sombra. En resumen, espectacular!

Very nice, comfortable stay with pool!

Aspectos positivos: Almost everything! Nice morning sun terrace and evening sun terrace. Proper AC all rooms. Everything was clean, modern interior. Two bathrooms. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Plenty of towels. Nice big pool and small pool for children, the water is however refreshing. Small playground for kids. For extra charges we got late check out. I would definitely reccommend stayng there!

Aspectos negativos: Half of the cafes, restaurants and shops in the beach are closed. Still few places open from where to choose and these were nice. Beach is down hill but walkable even with stroller. However the way to pool from the apartment has stairs so this was inconvenient with the stroller. Big supermarket is about 10-15 min walk, smaller one on the beach. In the apartment I missed hoover, lot of sand and dust coming in. Also cleaning possibility would be nice, what was not provided for 10 day stay. I personally dont like carpets as it is collecting dust and sand and looks dirty. Pillows could be better.

Aspectos positivos: A lovely house in a very pleasant, quiet location, nicely furnished and equipped. As there are terraces at both the back and the front you can choose sun or shade to suit whatever the time of day. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront and there is a large supermarket (Mercadona) a 7-minute walk away. I stayed there for a month and one of the great advantages was that a very nice housekeeper came once a week to clean and change the bed linen and towels. Any problems - such as a broken kettle - were remedied swiftly. There is also an enormous pool in the complex, which hardly anyone seems to use. It is clean, well maintained and blissfully quiet.

Aspectos positivos: Huge swimming pool in the complex. Outside seating. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Host supplied with a change of linen when requested halfway through our stay.

Aspectos negativos: Front door lock was a bit stiff but once we got the knack it was ok.

Perfect holiday destination if you want great accomodation and a lovely location with sun sea & food

Aspectos positivos: We absolutely loved our stay! even before we arrived our host Dunia was really helpful. The Duplex was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and super efficient air conditioning and wifi. In the mornings we had breakfast on the front patio and the evenings the back garden was a shady spot to enjoy a glass of wine or two. The pool was massive but also very quiet. The area of meloneras was lovely - lots of great restaurants and a lovely beach also we could walk into Maspalomas along the promenade. There was a Mercadona a short drive away but also some smaller supermarkets close by. A perfect holiday for us!

Aspectos negativos: Everything was great - The only extra that would be nice would be a Barbecue.

Aspectos positivos: Location was brilliant. Close to the beach, the bars and Mercadona. Swimming pool was amazing and quiet, air conditioning was very effective. Big fridge with good size freezer - fully equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space. Outside seating areas perfect, morning sun in the front, evening sun in the back.

Aspectos positivos: Huset var rent och fräscht. Vi var där i två veckor och de kom och städade samt bytte handdukar och sängkläder efter en vecka. Vid ankomst fick vi ett ankomstpaket med vin, ol, chips, choklad och frukt vilket var jättetrevligt. Bra läge till allt.

Tolles Duplex-Reihenhaus in einer schöner Gegend mit riesigem Pool

Aspectos positivos: Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, hat alles, was man braucht, grandioser Pool und Poollandschaft, Parkieren vor dem Haus (es hatte immer genügend Parkplätze), 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Sitzplätze zur Strasse und zum Innenhof, Balkon, eigene Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, wenige Gehminuten zum Meer und Restaurants am Meer, Mercadona Supermarkt in der Nähe

Aspectos negativos: durch den Tag ist die Calle Mar Caspio schon ziemlich befahren, auch wegen dem H10-Hotel gegenüber, es kommen Busse und Taxis an. Wir hatten das Pech, dass das Hotel gegenüber renoviert wird und wir jeden Tag den ganzen Tag über massiven Baulärm (Presslufthammer, kreischende Sägen) zu ertragen hatten. Dafür kann aber die Vermieterin nichts und dies hat auch keinen Einfluss auf unsere Bewertung.

Aspectos positivos: Majoituspaikka oli siisti. Saavuttuamme kohteeseen meitä oli vastassa henkilö, joka opasti huoneistoon liittyvissä asioissa. Saapumis- ja lähtöajat olivat joustavat.
