Great apartment

Aspectos positivos: What a wonderful apartment. Ideal location, brilliant balcony and had everything we needed. Pool was lovely and never anyone else using it. Was cleaned every day by pool man. The bed was lovely and comfy. No air con but fans supplied and aircon not needed in November. Yes, you can hear shopping centre but we hear it every year wherever we stay and i actaully find it quite soothing.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing. Would book this again every year if free.

Amazing couples vacation

Aspectos positivos: Everything about the property was amazing. Location was close to everything you need, clean and tidy, amazing sized balcony and the pool was spotless (and very quiet every day!)

Aspectos negativos: There wasn’t anything to dislike. It was a bit warm due to no air con and the shower was a bit snug, but nothing worth complaining about

Just what we needed!

Aspectos positivos: Apartment had a lovely interior and big balcony, was a great size had everything we needed and the pool was lovely, clean and not busy. Had parking which was a plus as we hired a car. Host was great with communication and clear instructions with getting in parking and updated us with anything going on in the area like road closures for a triathlon that was happening.

Aspectos positivos: I loved this apartment! It had everything, including Oil and salt, these small things that costs so little, but means so much. Also loved the washing machine, and the full size kitchen with plenty kitchen goods.

Aspectos negativos: What's not to like?

Aspectos positivos: Great apartment with everything you need to cook if you want, great location easy to contact owner and meet up for keys, highly recommended

Aspectos negativos: 1 thing that can be improved is a larger shower cubicle

Aspectos positivos: Yurga met us with keys on arrival, and gave us a quick apartment tour, let us know she was available via Whatsapp for anything we needed. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was fantastic, although there were quite a few steps between the apartment and the main resort— par for the course in Puerto Rico.. Lovely view, had a great time, Would definitely stay here again, can't recommend enough.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment itself was faultless, however there was construction work going on in the building which was a bit noisy at times, nothing can be done about that, and really didn't impact our stay at all.

Good place to stay

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a very good location. Shops and the beach were a short walk away. The apartment was clean, everything you needed was there. The only thing I missed was the dishwasher and tumble dryer, but you can do without them. The balcony was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and soft enough. The pool was clean but with very cold water. The entire complex was very clean and tidy. There was always a parking space for the car. We are very satisfied and would visit this place again.

Zeer aangenaam appartement in een zeer leuke omgeving!

Aspectos positivos: Locatie en microklimaat van Puerto Rico is simpelweg top! In Gran Canaria ben je beter af in het zuiden qua weer, ofwel in Puerto Rico of Puerto Mogan. In Maspalomas waait het dikwijls hard en in het noorden is het meer slecht weer. Wij komen er terug! We snappen het volledig dat veel mensen (vooral uit Skandinavia) hier komen overwinteren. Mooi terras en zwembad aan het appartement! Goed bed ook, beter geslapen dan thuis.

Aspectos negativos: De Wifi van het appartement kan zeker beter. De uploadsnelheid was 10 keer sneller dan de downloadsnelheid. Maar goed, voor wifi komen we niet naar Gran Canaria :-). De zeteltjes op het terras zaten niet zo lekker, er was overal hard wit ledlicht geinstalleerd en de douche was aan de kleine kant. Maar dat mag de pret allemaal niet drukken.

Aspectos positivos: Krásný, čistý, dobře vybavený apartmán. Plnohodnotná kuchyně. Velká terasa. K dispozici čistý udržovaný bazén. Perfektní!

Aspectos negativos: Při naší dovolené bylo velké horko, takže nám chyběla klimatizace, ale obvykle asi není nutná. Lokalita trošku rušná, do večera jsou slyšet zvuky z párty z centra města.
