Buen alojamiento en zona muy concurrida

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento bastante amplio para dos personas. La cocina está muy bien equipada con todo lo necesario si quieres cocinar en el apartamento. La terraza aunque pequeña, es muy agradable para hacer las comidas fuera. El aparcamiento incluido en las instalaciones es un punto muy positivo si vas con coche ya que no es fácil aparcar en la calle. El anfitrión fue muy amable, estuvo atento en todo momento, nos permitió entrar antes en el apartamento a pesar de avisar con poco tiempo. Y en menos de una hora nos solucionó una incidencia con el menaje de la cocina. La piscina es muy bonita con vistas al mar, la pena es que nunca pudimos conseguir unas hamacas libres, otros inquilinos del complejo las ocupaban todo el día.

Aspectos negativos: Las almohadas son bastante incómodas. El apartamento está bastante más usado de lo que parece en las fotos pero es correcto. La ubicación es en mitad de la ladera a 10 minutos andando de la playa, cuesta arriba para volver, pero no supone ningún problema para personas con una condición física normal. Cerca del apartamento hay un centro comercial con muchos pubs nocturnos, lo que genera ruido de música y gente por la noche, con las ventanas cerradas no molesta para dormir, imagino que todos los alojamientos de Puerto Rico tienen el mismo problema, en general no es un destino tranquilo.

Aspectos positivos: En general nos gustó todo. La cama es muy cómoda, terraza con buenas vistas.

Aspectos negativos: La puerta de la habitación al abrir y cerrar hace ruido.

Aspectos positivos: We stayed in this lovely clean, modern and bright apartment in September. It has everything you could need. Fernando kindly met us for an early check in. He even installed a safe for us. The air conditioning is only in the living area but it kept the bedroom cool too. There is a good shower, good pressure and lots of hot water. There were loads of towels and a change of sheets if we wanted them. The washing machine and dishwasher are added bonuses. The balcony had a clothes drying rack and pegs. The pool area is great and has plenty of decent sunbeds and umbrellas. There were only a few people there every day. It was really tranquil and has great views. The location is great. Close to the Commercial Centre and the newer Mogan Mall. I will definitely return.

Aspectos negativos: The only bad thing I have to say is that the bed sheets and towels were all clean but smelled like they had been put away before they were completely dry. I just washed them and dried them in a couple of hours in the hot sun on the clothes rack and they were fine.

Aspectos positivos: Good location and the apt has everything you need.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice apartment, clean and spacious. Lovely terrace and a bathroom was very nice. Views from terrace and pool were great and pool was never busy. Would definitely stay again.

Aspectos negativos: The bed linen smelled a bit musty, like it had been put away before it had fully dried.

Aspectos positivos: This is the easiest ten I have even given! Fernando met us at 12pm, he had very kindly had the apartment cleaned early so that we didn't have to wait. A lovely man, who gave us a genuine welcome. Apartment is lovely, spacious, great bathroom, big comfortable bed.... and the best bit...the balcony. Sunbeds are provided and the view is just stunning. Walk to beach or town is fine going down, but it's uphill all the way back so maybe not a good choice if you aren't physically able. Town is noisy until past 4am, but the noise is blocked out by the double glazing. A really fabulous place.

Aspectos negativos: Only one minor issue... the fitted sheet had several marks on it. Fernando contacted cleaner who said they were iron scorches. But maybe some fresh new ones would be good. But it wasn't a major problem and clean bedding was provided.

Aspectos positivos: Ideal location with great views over the resort and sea views an added bonus.

Aspectos negativos: No negatives.

Fantastic apartment and would definitely recommend

Aspectos positivos: In a very good location with fantastic views, the apartment had everything that you would need for a short stay, the hosts always on hand should you need them.

Aspectos negativos: The towels are very old and not really fit for purpose, the pillows need to be changed as they are very badly stained.
