Aspectos positivos: Iguazu apartments are excellent for location. This apt was recently refurbished by the looks of it and was very nicely done. I would though, if it was mine have put air con in whilst doing it as it was a struggle with the calima we had. Getting the key was a bit difficult as I was informed I could have it from 12ish, I arrived and waited for 2 hrs to be told it would be 3pm as a mix up with another apt, so a bit of a small set back, but hopefully a one of and will see if it's better timing next trip. Overall I would recommend but maybe more in the cooler months

Aspectos negativos: Check in was difficult and lack of air con, which I knew it didn't have would of made it a 10 rating

Nice view and comfortable balcony, excellent bed.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was nice and clean, perfect for 2 people with a separate bedroom. The view and furnishings of the balcony create an excellent atmosphere for eating and drinking. We woke up to the sound of parrots in the morning, overlooking the well-kept garden. The residents are nice, the staff are friendly. Swimming in the pool is a pleasant relaxation until sunset. The ocean was not too far away on foot for us, although everything was completely sandy afterwards, which was not a problem because the washing machine worked well. The kitchen was also adequate, there were enough glasses and dishes, cutlery, and the refrigerator was of good quality. There was enough space in the closets for packing. I recommend it to anyone looking for this type of apartment. We will try to stay here again next time if there is a free space.

Aspectos negativos: Could have been more towels, but we managed to buy two more. Maybe a bigger pan for the eggs and fish. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Just perfect in every way!

Aspectos positivos: The property was spotless on arrival, with every amenity one would require during their stay (by the way, the hairdryer is in the drawer under the sink in the bathroom, it took us a couple of days to find it lol). The location was perfect, the Yumbo was a very short walk away, supermarket directly across from the building, the beach also a short walk away. The building was safe, secure and quiet. The balcony is also a perfect place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a few drinks! We are already planning our next stay. The staff weee helpful and maintained regular contact via WhatsApp or email which felt reassuring as we knew they’d be available if there were any issues.

Aspectos negativos: There was absolutely nothing we did not like. It fit the bill perfectly and was great for our stay!

Aspectos positivos: Very moderen and well equipped apartment close to Yumbo center. In 15 years we stayed in different accommodations but this is the best of all. Hope it will be available for our next stay. Thank you, Jan!!!

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to complain

Good location with just about everything you would need for a holiday in the sun!

Aspectos positivos: Good location with good facilities and not far from the shops around 20 mins walk to the beach. The host is friendly and even left a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome gift.

Aspectos negativos: Bed was small and a little uncomfortable for me. Would benefit from a mattress topper and extra pillows

Aspectos positivos: Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons. Nice balcony with sun from mid afternoon. Close to a selection of restaurants/bars and a 3 minute walk to the Yumbo centre. 15 minute walk to beach

Aspectos positivos: A person from the management company waited for us despite our flight delay and handed the keys to us and showed us the apartment. The host Jan was lovely and always kept in touch to check on us if we need anything. The apartment is spacious and at good location. Definitely recommend and we will visit again.

A home from home with sunshine

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, modern, light, really well equipped, lovely balcony with sun in the afternoon and evening, The two available swimming pools were spotlessly clean set in nice gardens.

Aspectos negativos: There is some noise from the road although it didn’t bother us and was quiet at night.
