Aspectos positivos: The property was sensational other than some points we had noticed on our stay the curtains in the livingroom did not fully cover the windows and the opposite window only had half a roller blind, there was no air conditioning other than a portable fan but overall the apartment was lovely

Very nice accomodation

Aspectos positivos: I had a very good stay in this accommodation. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was superb. The only downside was that the balcony was closed off so that the room is bigger, but it would've been nice that you could sit outside for a bit. The host was also very nice. I would recommend this accomodation. It is also very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers and the beach is about a 20 minute walk.

I spent a wonderful holiday in the apartment in comfortable conditions.

Aspectos positivos: Location was excellent. The pool was outstanding. Cooking facilities and equipment very good standard

Nice option for short stay in non-summer time

Aspectos positivos: We were staying in January, so the apartment wasn't so heated as it could be during summer. Very nice location, everything's really close, you don't have to go far anywhere. We got the keys from the host very quickly. The apartment itself is good for living, but not for cooking. Otherwise, it's a pretty nice ratio of price and quality

Aspectos negativos: There is only a microwave, no dedicated grill or oven - the grill mode in the microwave didn't manage to cook fish enough. Private parking is not included, so you have to park on streets around. It's pity you can't cut the distance by going thru private parking - there are gates that are controlled by a remote control you don't get. So you have to walk around the whole building just to get to your car.

Aspectos positivos: Super Lage, sauber, gute Matratze, Schlüsselübergabe unproblematisch. Bad super mit Waschmaschine. Anlage sehr gepflegt..

Aspectos negativos: Bratpfanne war leider nicht die beste. Leider ist alles angebacken.

Un très bon rapport qualité prix

Aspectos positivos: Très bien situé, proche des transports des restaurants des supermarchés…,résidence et appartement extrêmement propres et bien aménagés. L’accueil très agréable, la facilité d’arrivée et de départ. De nombreux produits de première nécessité disponibles.

Aspectos negativos: L’isolation phonique espagnole, un peu bruyant, les travaux dans la résidence, la piscine squattée avec des serviettes tôt le matin !

9/10 perfect stay worth a try

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect, location, was really clean, basic products available in the house like salt , vinegar, some washing up pods

Aspectos negativos: The neighbors, rude peoples that they were occupying the sun lounge early in the morning with the towel without using them, when raised with the property the only response I got that they weren’t allowed … lol
