The apartment met my expectations

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in a great place, great place if you want to explore the entire island, well equipped with a washing machine, fridge, stove. Actually, there was everything we needed and the most important thing was a balcony.

Aspectos negativos: The building in which the apartment was located looked abandoned, clearly past its glory days.

Very homely flat and nice host

Aspectos positivos: Gaia was a kind and helpful host. She responded quickly to our questions and requests and was very flexible. The apartment had a cozy, homely atmosphere. It was nicely decorated and colorful, which made it a pleasant place to stay. It was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The apartment was located in a gated, well-maintained area with beautiful greenery and a swimming pool. Although there wasn’t a dedicated parking spot, we never had any trouble finding a place to park on the nearby streets.

Aspectos negativos: One of the few things that could be improved is replacing the cold, white light bulbs with warmer, cozier lighting. As people who always change into indoor shoes when entering a home, we found it important that the floors be clean — and in this regard, we did have some concerns.

Great apartment, excellent host!

Aspectos positivos: Lately renovated fresh, colorful, very clean and spacious apartment with a large balcony where you can have your meal and enjoy the view over the ocean and mountains. The complex has a nice pool area with a huge pool which is ca 40m. It was perfect for swimming training. Within walking distance to the center of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas beach. The apartment is not far from high way, so it was comfortable to discover the island by rental car. Incredibly nice and helpful host. From the small present basket and supplies in the apartment you can see how much she cares about her guests. We had a great stay here!

Short stay in Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment, the agent Gaia was very helpful and friendly. There were some really nice touches e.g. there was a bottle of water, tea coffee, muffins and sugar waiting for me, also an iron and full size ironing board

Aspectos negativos: There was a coffee maker and a toasted sandwich maker but no toaster

Beautiful and cozy apartment

Aspectos positivos: beautifully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. Host Gaia was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find some snacks and drinks waiting for us upon arrival,a nice treat after our journey!

Aspectos positivos: Apzināti izvēlējos mājokli tālāk no centra un nenožēloju ne mirkli, jo jutos tā, it kā tur patiešām dzīvotu, nevis ciemotos. Vienkāršs, bet omulīgi iekārtots dzīvoklis, kur ērti dzīvot un strādāt. Nodrošinātas pamatlietas (kafija, eļļa, garšvielas, vannas piederumi utt.). Vakaros blakus viesnīcā notiek ballītes (patiesībā netraucē, bet rada foršu gaisotni), bet tās laikus apklust, un nakts ir klusa. Skats no balkona saulrietā ir brīnišķīgs. Dzīvoklis ir noslēgtā teritorijā, pieejams baseins, ļoti tuvu pārtikas veikali, autobusa pieturas.

Allegro appartamento a Sonneland

Aspectos positivos: L'appartamento è molto carino, allegro, colorato, luminoso! In camera da letto: tende oscuranti, letto comodo e armadio a muro con tante stampelle. Angolo cottura piccolino, ma con tutto il necessario. Comodo divano per rilassarsi, leggere un libro o guardare la televisione. Dal terrazzino si ammirano magici tramonti! Sono a disposizione anche gli asciugamani per il mare.

Great stay in a beautiful apartment

Aspectos positivos: Lovely apartment for a comfortable stay in a beautiful area of Maspalomas. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of nice personal touches throughout the apartment to help you enjoy your vacation. The place feels very homey and cozy. There is also a spacious terrace with spectacular views over the area. The complex has a large beautiful swimming pool. Aldi and Spar supermarkets are both within a 5-minute walk. Very professional, efficient staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend both for short- and long-term stays.
