Great stay
Aspectos positivos: The Apartment is very comfortable for a long stay.The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking,The location is very close to supermarket and a local bus.The hotel opposite can be a little noisy in the evening but only until 23.30.The terrace is very private and sunny in the morning.The swimming pool area is very clean with plenty of loungers.

It was a comfortable and cozy apartment, perfect for a first visit to Gran Canaria. We really liked it.
Aspectos positivos: I really liked that the apartment’s balcony was large and spacious, and the view over Maspalomas was excellent. Watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from there was incredibly beautiful. Every morning offered a stunning sunrise. The apartment had a very comfortable bed and was compact yet spacious enough for two to three people. Communication with owner was fast and polite, easy way to get the keys from the keybox, everything was told before we arrived.
Aspectos negativos: Overall, everything was excellent. The only downside was that parking was not available directly around the building. Instead, cars had to be parked in a gravel parking area about 400 meters away, which was also used by other rental cars. Fortunately, it was not far at all, and the walk to the parking area was actually quite pleasant and peaceful. Nozy area and u can hear music across the street, but if u are tired and sleep well, it didnt disturbed us.

Aspectos negativos: The apartment is across from a bar with live music so a bit noisy (nothing ear plugs can't fix)

Very enjoyable
Aspectos positivos: Apartment was so clean and cared for. Grounds of the apartment were well maintained and the pool was lovely. It felt very safe.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment could me made more comfortable with the addition of air-con and a fly screen affixed to the balcony door. It's quite a nosey area at night so you can't keep the windows and door open therefore Aircon is really required.

Aspectos positivos: Most amazing sunrise view from the balcony, clean and tidy, kitchen had everything you need, perfect for the value of money, ideal for two people.
Aspectos negativos: The boiler was quiet small and to take a shower could only one person.

Aspectos positivos: Goede locatie, alles dichtbij. Duidelijke communicatie I.v.m. inchecken. Eigenaar reageert snel op eventuele vragen.
Aspectos negativos: Er is veel omgevingslawaai. Het raam in de slaapkamer is dichtbij een nabij hotel met veel luide muziek 's avonds. Omdat er geen airco is, slaap je met het raam open en stoort dit.

Aspectos positivos: Nagyon jó helyen van, gyönyörű udvarral rendelkezik. 4 perc sétára talalható egy Aldi, mellette egy nagy ingyenes parkolóval. A kilátás a nagy erkélyről kiváló. Raktak ki új mosógatószivacsot, törlőt, konyharuhát. Megleptek minket egy üveg borral, vizzel, édességgel, teákkal. A tulaj gyorsan válaszol az üzenetekre.
Aspectos negativos: A szállás közelében lévő hotelnél minden este buli volt. A szállás jól felszerelt, de több minden javitásra szorul, pl.beltéri ajtók, sötétitő roló, edények. Egymás után nem tud két ember zuhanyozni, mert elfogy a meleg viz, 20-30 percet várni kell.
