Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y limpias, el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, está muy cerca de la playa y del centro comercial de San Agustín. El apartamento es muy cómodo, está limpio, tiene aire acondicionado (necesario en época de verano) y las camas son muy cómodas. Repetiríamos sin pensar. Gracias por todo

Apartamento con encanto y vistas al mar

Aspectos positivos: Las vistas desde la terraza viendo el mar eran preciosas. El complejo de apartamentos estaba situado en una zona muy próxima a las zonas de interés. Destacar la tranquilidad y el silencio en todas las zonas comunes. Las piscinas estaban muy limpias y era un gusto bañarse en ellas, siempre sin gente. Los anfitriones nos trataron muy bien, nos dejaron varios detalles de beber y la casa muy limpia.

Aspectos negativos: Es cierto que para tener esas vistas tan bonitas, hay que estar en altura, y las escaleras para acceder al apartamento eran muchas y muy empinadas. A pesar de estar muy limpio el apartamento, había una pequeña plaga de hormigas en la casa y en algún momento resultaron algo molestas.

Aspectos positivos: el alojamiento se encuentra muy limpio, reformado recientemente y presta todas las necesidades, como cafetera, nevera, microondas, tetera, horno, secador de pelo… el alojamiento cuenta con piscina en una comunidad muy tranquila. Las vistas que ofrece son maravillosas igual que el trato de las anfitrionas. Sin duda volveremos!

Aspectos positivos: Hosts Axel and Katja were excellent and very friendly. They were well-organized and quick to proactively reach out, and all the little details during the meeting and greeting made a significant difference. The property was great and served the purpose for our family of 5. We were there only early in the mornings and later after exploring the island. Also the swimming pools around were superb. The location is fabulous, most key attractions literally 20+ mins. Would highly recommend the place.

Aspectos negativos: Everything was great. There were a few small ants, but they wouldn't be a problem if everything was kept clean and no food was left lying around.

Great location in a nice and quiet complex, clise to all amenities

Aspectos positivos: Great location and the view. Very quiet but at the same time close to everything. Beach is only 5mins away, also shopping centre with restaurants and markets. Nice swimming pool in the complex and not crowded. Very well equipped kitchen, nothing was missing and lots of extra. Lovely balcony with the view and table for having your meals. Washing machine was very helpful to have. Many additional things that are very handy on a daily basis (sun bed bases, sand toys for kids, water and some refreshments at your arrival, many different type of glasses and plates, Nespresso and filter coffee machines and many more). Parking is public and free of charge. Didn’t have any issues finding a spot.

Aspectos negativos: Pillows could be more comfortable especially for kids bunk bed (would say a bit worn out). 2nd set of keys could be provided as you can’t go separately as all complex requires a key to enter the gate. Not a big deal, but no toiletries in the bathroom ( would be nice to have soap at your arrival). Clothes hanging rack would be handy.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was in a very good location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. We very much enjoyed our stay. Our 3 year old son loved the pool. Axel was very helpful and helped us a lot whilst we were there. Highly recommend!
