Aspectos positivos: Un apartamento muy bien reformado y decorado. Estilo moderno y una terraza con unas vistas impresionantes y con intimidad.

Aspectos negativos: Para acceder hay que subir bastantes escaleras, en nuestro caso no lo fue, pero puede ser un problema para otras personas.

Aspectos positivos: La tranquilidad de la zona, la decoración con mucho gusto, todo tipo de utensilios, hasta nevera para playa, sombrilla

Aspectos positivos: The apartment i stunning. It looks exactly the same as shown on photos. It's everything you need there. The view is amazing. Wish to spend more days there.

Great apartment, amazing view and great communication!

Aspectos positivos: It’s a great apartment, it was all clean and there are many additional things available like shower gel, shampoo etc but also coffee, tea and herbs in the kitchen. The communication was great and fast!

Aspectos negativos: It’s a little of a walk up and then the stairs, not very suitable for people that have challenges walking

Aspectos positivos: Fantastic view and good location. The property matched the description well. Clean bedrooms and bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine worked well.

Aspectos negativos: It would be nice to have a dining table also indoors. There were some small ants particularly in the kitchen. Frying pans were in poor condition.

Aspectos positivos: The place was very clean when we got it and it was excactly like the photos would tell you. We have nothing to complain about the apartment. It was nice to wake up and see the view to the sea from the balcony. Yes, a few stairs to get to the apartment but it was no problem. The pool area was nice too, a lot of room. We were with family of four and there was enough room for everyone.

Aspectos positivos: Love staying at this property. This was our 2nd stay there, and hopefully, not least. Home away from home with a MAGNIFICENT VIEW! Nice & quiet neighbourhood. Thank you very much for everything!

Maspalomas family stay

Aspectos positivos: Amazing terrace With ocean view. Absolut lovely communication With Michela. Everything was clean. Stairs are workout.

Aspectos negativos: Kitchen area was small. The beds for children are not very comfortable. (We have big children). There is a stench in the bathroom. You have to have Open the window all the time. To the beach about 15 minutes for a walk. ( it is ok for us)

Amazing stay with beautiful views!

Aspectos positivos: Beautiful clean apartment. Stunning views, and large terrace. Beds were really comfortable. Very clean throughout. Michela and her husband were lovely. Great hosts and very welcoming.

Aspectos negativos: Although the place was lovely, we did find that it was quite a trek to the beach. Its fine if you have a car. We are not unfit but found walking over 130 stairs back from the beach and in the evening quite an effort. This is not criticism in any way of the apartment but just wanted others who book to take into consideration.

Best location for workation :)

Aspectos positivos: Comfortable, spacious fully equipped apartment , the best for workation. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view from the terrace. Free street parking. Very nice and helpful staff.
