Aspectos positivos: It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was extremely well equipped with every kind of household item you could need, including a few options of coffee machine, toaster and fruit juicer. The bed was huge and comfortable. The pool, just up the road within the sun Club complex, was really good. The support staff were amazing and responded quickly to solve a small problem. Communication was perfect before and during our stay.

Aspectos negativos: There was no written information to help us. Guides on equipment etc. however we were helped immediately if we didn’t understand something.

I would stay in this property again and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others

Aspectos positivos: Spacious, Clean, Modern, Tastefully Decorated, Quiet, Private, Very Comfortable Excellent WiFi It was described as an apartment, however, It is a superb bungalow.

Aspectos negativos: Only issue was having to cross the public road to access the superbly large swimming pool. The pool was worth the inconvenience

Exceptional experience

Aspectos positivos: An absolutely fantastic little apartment. One of the best I have ever stayed in as a short term rental. Every aspect absolutely immaculate, fantastic kitchen, nice bottle of wine on arrival, comfortable beds, sofa, excellent air conditioning, beautiful showers and bathrooms, many little touches that the host went above and beyond with (washing tablets for the washing machine). Another great thing to add is the lighting, the refurbishment of this has been done to an excellent standard. Exceptional location, 2 minute walk to restaurants and the dunes and very quiet, safe and peaceful. I have stayed in over 100+ rentals, and i would say this is in my top 3. You will NOT be disappointed. I literally can't find a fault with this and had an excellent week stay. Plenty of parking outside too if you are hiring a car.

Aspectos negativos: Preis leider etwas über dem was man gewohnt ist im Sun Club und nah an der Straße das muss man wissen!

Mooie accomodatie op een mooie plek

Aspectos positivos: Locatie was perfect voor ons, vlakbij centrum Cita, en voor ons op loopafstand van de stranden van Meloneras en Playa del Ingles.

Aspectos negativos: Als je na elkaar wat langer wil douchen wordt het water kouder.

Ruhige Lage, top Ausstattung, 100 % Wohlfühlfaktor

Aspectos positivos: Wir haben uns im Appartement rundum wohlgefühlt – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Ankunft gab es sogar kleine Geschenke. Sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Regenduschen, viele weiche Hand- und Badetücher. Ruhige Anlage in super Lage. Selbst der Gärtner kam zweimal vorbei. Wir hatten absolut nichts auszusetzen und kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk verblijf

Aspectos positivos: Heel mooi en schoon appartement. Alles met veel zorg ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Aardige mensen die je van te voren en tijdens je verblijf goed op de hoogte houden en als je vragen hebt deze meteen beantwoorden. Appartement is lekker rustige plek. Mooi rustig zwembad aan de overkant van de weg op het park. Appartement ligt erg centraal. 5 minuutjes lopen naar supermarkt en de boulevard van Playa del Ingles met een gezellige markt en restaurantjes. Half uurtje lopen naar de golfbaan van Maspalomas en met 40 minuutjes ben je op de boulevard van Maspalomas met gezellige restaurantjes. Bushalte is op 2 minuten lopen. Dus alles was goed te bereiken. 2 Heerlijke weken gehad. Komen zeker nog een keer terug. Bedankt voor alles. Lisa en Marguerite

Calme et confortable

Aspectos positivos: La location est vraiment idéal, décoré avec goût, vous y trouverez tout le confort et équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour. L'hôte est d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande disponibilité. La propreté est irréprochable, les matelas d'un grand confort, la cuisine équipée parfaite pour cuisiner avec tout le matériel nécessaire! La location est idéale pour un couple avec un enfant ou entre amis ( faudra juste trouver une entente entre vous pour dormir dans la plus grande chambre 🤣) Le lieu est extrêmement calme, malgré sa proximité à tous les points d'intérêts de maspalomas. Son emplacement est juste parfait, tout est accessible à pied (les dunes, la plage, l'hypercentre.....) et cerise sur le gâteau les voisins sont d'une grande gentillesse aussi. Bref, un séjour parfait, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Aspectos negativos: Difficile de trouver des points négatifs... Peut être le fait que la piscine se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Il faudra prendre sa serviette sous le bras et traverser la rue pour aller sur le trottoir d'en face. Mais la piscine est exceptionnelle, très grande, calme spacieuse avec des transats et parasols de qualités.
