Ideal para disfrutar de gran canaria

Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones y la ubicación, hay bares y supermercados en toda la avenida principal. El anfitrión muy amable, el apartamento es igual que en las fotografías

Aspectos negativos: Lo que no me gusto fue el horario de la piscina cerraba a las 17:50 en pleno verano cuando aún escuchaba a la gente chapoteando en las piscinas colindantes

Aspectos positivos: Genial ubicación, buen edificio con área de piscina tranquila y no muy ocupada. Apartamento bien equipado (lavadora, lavavajillas, cocina, terraza...). El dueño muy agradable, me esperó para darme las llaves, me explicó todo y estuvo en contacto. Me dejaron hacer un late checkout lo cual me vino genial para relajarme en la piscina hasta prácticamente salir para el aeropuerto :)

Aspectos negativos: Solo eché de menos un horno. La cama doble son 2 individuales juntas, sería más cómoda si fuera una sola.

Aspectos positivos: The host was fantastic, really did a great job showing me around the apartment. Very friendly and easy to communicate with, always replied quickly. A truly kind person. I highly recommend. I asked for an early check-in and it was no problem at all, I’m very, very grateful for that. The apartment itself is excellent, with a beautiful view of the city skyline and the ocean. There was also a quiet pool, and the location is perfect. I have absolutely no complaints, everything was perfect!!

Aspectos positivos: Everything. The location the property itself is in a very good complex with onsite parking and secure access to reception. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in the town centre with superb access to everything within a very short walk. I could not fault it and the owner was extremely helpful and was always available if needed. All in all a superb property for your stay in Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: This privately owned top/5th floor apartment has been completely refurbished, as has the whole complex. The far reaching views over the swimming pool to the sea are wonderful and every morning you see the beautiful sunrise. The Dutch owners, Erald and Mirjam, were excellent hosts, living close by if they are needed. Their representative, Fernando, greeted me on arrival ( the airport buses stop 50 meters away ), and showed me how everything worked and all the information I required. The whole complex is well maintained, including the pool and there is a concierge on duty for anything general. A very relaxing place to spend my 3 weeks in Playa de Ingles.

Aspectos negativos: The complex is situated on a busy road, so gets traffic noise in the bedroom which faces the front of the complex. However, unless you are a very light sleeper, this isn't really an issue. This whole area is full of tourists, so it's to be expected.

Here are the highlights: View: The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque rooftops, palm trees, and the sea, both at sunrise and throughout the day. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset. Amenities: The apartment is modern, clean, and well-equipped. It has everything you need, including a cozy seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a practical dining table. Location: The property is in a quiet area with a well-maintained pool. Its proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants makes it an ideal place to stay. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Definitely 5 stars!

A very pleasant stay.

Aspectos positivos: Clean. Well decorated. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Air conditioning. Good shower. Friendly hosts. Ten minute walk to the beach. Ten minute walk to The Yumbo Centre.

Aspectos negativos: Aircon could have been better placed.
