Aspectos positivos: Highly recommended, this good size studio feels like a one bedroom flat For the way it's organised. Sparkly clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Aspectos positivos: Pretty much everything, the setting was great, view and balcony were great. The apartment feels very new and modern and had everything we needed for our stay

Aspectos positivos: The open plan apartment with its sleeping area visibly separated from the kitchen and living area is well fitted out and comfortable. It has an ocean view from a top floor looking east to sunrise. Window coverings allow darkening of the interior if required. Being high up, in spite of being centrally located, street noise is minimal. The apartment is in a well maintained building with a good swimming pool, which we used in January. Communication with the host was good. Check-in was easy.

Aspectos negativos: We liked the apartment, so these comments are minor. The wifi was effective although not the fastest in the building we have experienced. The open plan allowed ease of movement and gave a spacious feel, but may not be suitable for all if 2 people share and have different waking routines. We liked it.

A Winner in Playa del Ingles

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was very well equipped with everything for self catering. In a very good location with a nice pool area.

Modern centrally-located apartment with a fantastic view

Aspectos positivos: One of the best apartments I´ve ever stayed at, and an excellent option in Playa del Inglés. Very new, modern, stylishly furnished and equipped clean, taken care of very well. Kitchen had more than enough for my stay, view over the houses at the ocean, especially in the mornings, was breath-taking. Air-conditioning was a big plus. Excellent location. I would book this one again without thinking twice.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to mention here or complain about.

Excellent, modern apartment, good location, friendly host.

Aspectos positivos: The property is in a great location just off the main road, it is quick to access bars, restaurants and the beach. It is on the top floor and the balcony has an excellent view of Maspalomas and the sea. The host is very helpful and friendly. The apartment itself has been recently renovated so it is nice and modern with all good home comforts including a very nice shower.

Aspectos negativos: The bedroom is next to front door and noise comes through from outside there, good idea to bring earplugs or sleep on the sofa bed instead. In the main room, the sun rise is directly in front of the windows and there are no blackout curtains, so you get woken up early. The host said these will be fixed in the future though.

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sogar hübsches, zum Stil passendes Geschirr vorhanden. Man kann sich keine bessere Ausstattung wünschen, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Auch entsprechendes Zubehör wie Geschirrtücher, Geschirrspülmittel etc. ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne unseren nächsten Urlaub auf Gran Canaria wieder dort verbringen.

Aspectos positivos: Appartamento molto bello proprio come nelle foto ed è provvisto di tutto il necessario sia per pulire che per cucinare. Era anche presente un ombrellone da spiaggia nell’armadio. Pulizia ottima e dal terrazzo si ha una bella vista.

Aspectos negativos: Se devo trovare dei difetti, il bagno non essendo finestrato sarebbe meglio avesse almeno una ventola. La piscina chiude abbastanza presto ovvero alle 18.

Aspectos positivos: Tolles Apartment. Alles sehr neu und absolut sauber. Schon beim reingehen hat es sehr gut gerochen. Bei der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden. Der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist top. Supermärkte, Restaurants usw. gleich in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Apartment befindet sich im 5 Stockwerk. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich. Der Gastgeber ist toll und sehr bemüht. Ich werde das Apartment in Zukunft gerne wieder buchen.
