Top-floor with ocean & dune views

Top view and location

Aspectos positivos: The location and corresponding view is great. It's very nearby the beach and the Kasbah (which is not what is used to be) and the view covers some of the beach, dunes and the whole of the swimming pool. From the cosy couch you can watch the big smart TV which lets you use your subscribed streaming services, so enough to watch during the 'down times'. The kitchen is neat and has more appliances then I would ever use. The bathroom is small, clean and just what you need. The swimming pool is excellent for doing some lanes, the way I like it. Upon arrival you'll get an informative text with an pdf stating the do's an don'ts and some helpful tips for the area. Questions that I had I could just text and get a quick and helpful reply to. The wifi was brilliant (>400Gbit Up and Down) by the way.

Aspectos negativos: I prefer to have a separate bedroom but in this case it hasn't really bothered me. The place as a whole is not very big but therefor the price is very reasonable. I enjoyed my (solo) stay there.

Paradise found

Aspectos positivos: The property is absolutely gorgeous, one of the best you will find in Playa del Ingles. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, supersize TV, balcony with a selection of furniture, well located, sun terraces on the floor above and an almost unrivalled view.

Aspectos negativos: Only one towel? Even the cheapest hotels usually provide at least a hand towel and a bath towel. Slightly too many WhatsApp messages for a 3 night stay!

Bijou of an Apartment Close to the Beach

Aspectos positivos: Fully equipped apartment, almost all the things you might need were there. Nicely furnished (IKEA-style luxury:-)), a lot of place to put your things in; comfortable bed; big sofa. Different lighting options (including some for intimacy). Enormous-screen smart TV with channels from all over the world complemented with a nice sound system. And everything else you can find in the description was there and working.

Aspectos negativos: Since I was their first customer, initially there was some delay in the communication with the host. It turned out that some options that were mentioned in the description required additional fee - like the safe, or a second towel (only one provided). But overall, these were really minor issues. Had it not been for them though, the apartment could have been rated 10/10.
