Aspectos negativos: The only problem I have is that the toilettes/CR/Shower doesnt have a lock on the door. Other than that, it is super convenient

Amazing, unforgettable

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location with amazing view. Close to a lot of restaurants an bars. Amazing pedestrian along the beach and ocean. Accommodation ideal for two people. Well equiped kitchen and bathrooms. We were on the honeymoon for 12 nights, unforgettable.

Aspectos negativos: I aked a host over a booking message for shutle from airport to apartment, they responded that they will organize shuttle and somebody is going to wait for us but no one shows. I called them and they said that nobody is going to wait for us and no shuttle is coming because I didnt ask for price. In apartment they left us only a few tabs (maybe 2 or 3) for clean machine and only 2 garbage bags for a 12 nights stay,

Aspectos positivos: 2nd time staying at the apartment. Very clean, close to beach,restaurants etc.Lovely balcony overlooking beach.

Great views of the beach

Aspectos positivos: Great location, overlooking the beach. We enjoyed the balcony views very much. The apartment is spacious for 2 people.

Aspectos negativos: We stayed a week & during the time, there was no contact with anyone- neither an owner or management company. We found the cooker confusing to work as there were no instructions and there was no one to contact to ask. There was only one bath towel & one hand towel per person & towels were not changed for the week. No beach towels were provided. The lighting throughout is harsh- a lamp would help.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt direkt am Strand von Las Palmas

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, direkt am Strand mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Im siebten Stock ist man weit genug weg vom Lärm, aber man hat vom Balkon einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Leben am Strand. Restaurants und Cafés sind direkt im Umfeld ausreichend vorhanden. Sogar eine deutsche Bäckerei ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist großzügig für 2 Personen und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ankunft und Abreise waren einfach und problemlos. Das Personal gab hilfreiche Auskunft zu Parkmöglichkeiten.

Aspectos negativos: Das Licht in der Wohnung ist sehr hell und daher etwas ungemütlich. Die Duschdichtungen könnten mal neu gemacht werden. Der Kühlschrank könnte auch einmal enteist werden

Aspectos positivos: Siisti ja tilava huoneisto, jossa tarpeeksi tarvikkeita ruoan laittoon, runsaasti tilaa vaatekomeroissa. Keittiö- olohuone tilava. Pyykinpesu- ja kuivauskone toimivat hyvin, samoin kaikki keittiön koneet. Isosta makuuhuoneesta ja parvekkeelta erinomainen näkymä merelle. Saimme hyvää opastusta huoneistoon pääsyä varten ja yhteydenpito majoittajaan sujui hyvin. Huoneisto oli seitsemännessä kerroksessa, öisin mistään ei kuulunut mitään, vain vaimea meren ääni. Aamulla kadulta kuuluvat äänet alkoivat noin seitsemän aikaan, mikä oli meille ihan sopiva aika herätä. Ilmastointi todella hyvä kaikissa huoneissa, samoin pimennysverhot. Pienempi makuuhuone oli tosiaan ilman ikkunaa, mutta meitä se ei haitannut.

Aspectos negativos: Isomman makuuhuoneen sänky piti häiritsevän narisevaa ääntä. Pienempää vessaa ei juurikaan voinut käyttää, koska se oli hankalasti kalustettu, mutta se oli jo tiedossa kuvien perusteella.
