Lovely Apartment in San Agustín: Steps Away from Playa Del Inglés and Maspalomas!

Aspectos negativos: Está perfectamente mantenido, limpio, luminoso con una terraza de lujo. La cocina bien equipada y los muebles nuevos.

Nice apartment in a great location

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in a quieter part of Maspalomas, San Augustin. Right next to it is a bus stop, shopping center with shops, restaurants (I recommend the Panorama restaurant), and other amenities. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a large terrace and beautiful views, ensuring a comfortable stay in southern Gran Canaria.

Aspectos negativos: There are three downsides, in my opinion: 1. the equipment is quite limited (e.g., in the kitchen), there's no lamp above the table (but we somehow managed that ;)), 2. to reach the apartment you have to go up to the 4th floor. This can be a big drawback, for example, for people with limited mobility or with small children, 3. there's no assigned parking space; you have to find one on the street.

Aspectos positivos: I had an amazing stay at this apartment in San Agustín! I was so lucky to find this place. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment had everything I needed, with a wonderful atmosphere and great vibes. The host was incredibly flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made the stay even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Goede locatie en fijn appartement voor fitte mensen

Aspectos positivos: Uitstekende locatie vlakbij bushalte en winkels, prima uitzicht. Heerlijk, ruim, zonnig terras. Centraal en toch rustig. Keuken goed uitgerust, bv ook broodrooster. Groot zwembad, wel een eindje weg van appartement.

Aspectos negativos: Bedden waren te zacht (resulteerde in rugpijn), 60+ trappen de heuvel op tot aan het appartement kan bezwaarlijk worden gevonden.

Lovely Stay

Aspectos positivos: Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der wenige Minuten vom Apartment entfernte Pool ist hervorragend zum Schwimmen geeignet. Der kleine und dafür ruhige Strand lasBurras ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Aspectos positivos: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse und die kurzen Wege zum Meer oder einkaufen waren unsere Highlights. Pool und Kinderpool haben uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Wir würden das Appartement nochmal buchen. Auch beim Checkout wurde flexibel nach unseren Wünschen reagiert.
