Aspectos positivos: El apartamento nos encantó, espacioso,muy luminoso, estaba muy limpio, tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar. Buena ubicación. Los anfitriones, Alberto y Kev, fueron muy amables y se ocuparon muy bien de nosotros.

Spacious unit in great location
Aspectos positivos: The place was clean, well located, spacious and well equipped. An easy walk to the beach and well connected to buses, restaurants etc. It was very nice also for the Kevin to meet us with they keys and to allow for an early check-in.
Aspectos negativos: The bathroom was small (tight space for the toilet), water leaking out of the shower and hot water was on/off. Also we weren't informed the pool area was closed for renovation, which we would have liked to use on those windy beach days.

Comfortable apartment, worth the money.
Aspectos positivos: - Friendly and nice host. - They let us check-in a bit earlier than 1 pm. - Really good equipped apartment and kitchen. - They provided also tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil. - The air conditioner works as heater as well. - There were beach umbrellas available for use. - There is a mini-golf field right under the windows (€8 / person). - Small supermarket (Spar) is right downstairs (in the same building). - Close to Cita Shopping Center.
Aspectos negativos: Drawbacks: - Quite distant to the beach and dunes (about 15 min walking). - The toilet bowl is small and too close to the sink (for tall people, it's really uncomfortable to sit). - The bedroom windows overlook a noisy street but with closed windows it's quiet inside. - Pool was on renovation (we had no time to use it though).

Lovely Apartment in Central Location
Aspectos positivos: We loved the location, the cleanness of the property, meeting Kevin on arrival and all the information he imparted to us, Getting assistance from Alberto was very useful. How much equipment, delph and cutlery that is to hand.
Aspectos negativos: The only little thing to be aware of is that this lovely apartment does not have an open balcony. It's just something we missed as we love to spend the afternoon sitting in the sun on the property balcony. I'm mention this as we do not want anything to take away from the lovely experience of staying in this property. We did find that the address shown on the Booking website is Ave. de Tirana 9 which is the address of the apartment block next door and this caused difficulties for our booked taxi driver taking us back to the airport

Perfect for a short stay or a longer break.
Aspectos positivos: From start to finish, communication with Alberto was great. He allowed early checking and late check out. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. Great location close to Cita, Yumbo and the beach. Will definitely book again.

Aspectos positivos: An absolute gem of an apartment! Spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and exuding charm, this place felt like a true home away from home. During our 10-day stay, we became so comfortable that leaving was truly difficult. The swimming pool was nothing short of a premium experience—so luxurious and inviting that we never even felt the need to visit the beach! From the seamless check-in to the impeccable check-out, everything was flawless. And the host? Simply wonderful—warm, accommodating, and incredibly thoughtful. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!

Aspectos positivos: We only stayed for one night but had a great time in Maspalomas. Great location of the apartment to get both to the the beaches and Yumbo Centre with all the facilities 😏 plus Kev and Alberto are sweethearts 🤩

Een fijn verblijf !
Aspectos positivos: Zelf ontbijt gemaaktheid bed een beetje, het kraakte als mijn partner en ik bewoog , waarschijnlijk doordat er plastic onder de hoeslaken lag ! Het plastic kraakte constant!
Aspectos negativos: Verder echt NIETS !
