Costa Verde - Nature Views Terrace - Parking

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy confortable y buenas vistas. Muy tranquilo, tuvimos un problema con la rueda del coche y el dueño nos presto amablemente un compresor para inflarla.

Aspectos negativos: En la placa de cocinar no se puede poner dos cosas a la vez por el espacio que tiene.

Aspectos positivos: La terraza. Grande, con buenas vistas. A ti no te ven desde ningún sitio. Vale oro. Lo mejor de la casa con diferencia.

Aspectos negativos: The access to the property and the parking lot are a bit of a challenge. Cleanliness leaves some room for improvement.

Aspectos positivos: Nice stay in the north part of Gran Canaria. With the view to ocean and banana’s plantations. Nice terrace. In the kitchen we found everything we needed.

Pleasant stay in the green

Aspectos positivos: Being in the field, living inside a banana plantation, and a quiet location. The view on the sea is quite nice. The host flexibility. The location is good to visit the north part of the island.

Aspectos negativos: The motorway can be heard anytime when windows are open. The parking is tricky.

Appartement bien équipé

Aspectos positivos: Grand appartement avec cuisine très bien équipée et terrasse.

Aspectos negativos: Nous avons été obligé de louer cet appartement à la dernière minute car le précédent était rendu inaccessible du fait de la tempête Thérèse ( rocher de 15 tonnes sur la route et coulée de boue). Il était lui aussi très complexe d’accès du fait de la tempête et nous avons eu du mal à en repartir. À part cet accès un peu sportif ( heureusement nous avions une grosse voiture) 🚙 pas de souci.

Aspectos positivos: Wir waren nun wiederholt dort, eine ruhige Unterkunft etwas außerhalb oberhalb der Bananenplantagen, für alle Touren im Norden der Insel ganz zentral gelegen. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl, der Weitblick über Banaderos aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus ist prima, ist aber eine Nordterrasse - ab März kann man vorne am Geländer aber gut in der Sonne sitzen. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern haben Moskitonetze. Man kann gut einkaufen unten in Banaderos bei Spar oder Mercadona, sollte aber für diese Unterkunft motorisiert sein. Etwas schwierig zum einparken ist der Parkplatz, sehr steil und eng wie oft auf der Insel - ein Leihwagen sollte eher kürzer sein! Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Sofa mit TV steht alles in einem Raum an der Terrasse - alles spielt sich dort ab. Das könnte ich nicht jedem empfehlen, aber als langjährige Wohnmobilisten fühlen wir uns dort immer wieder heimisch.

Aspectos negativos: Das eher einfache Sofa mit Schonbezug und ein etwas kleiner TV. Die Terrassentür kann nicht abgeschlossen werden - es kann aber auch kaum jemand dort hin kommen.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr empfehlenswert! Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer, direkt oberhalb eines Bananenhains, Terrasse zur Nordseite, daher immer etwas Schatten. Gute Ausstattung, schöne Lage oberhalb von Banaderas.

Aspectos negativos: Das WLAN haben wir nicht zum Laufen gebracht. Parkplatz ist etwas tricky, Auto setzt leicht auf!
