Aspectos positivos: Las instalaciones están súper bien. Mucha luz y todo nuevo y bonito.
Aspectos negativos: Eché de menos más limpieza. Sólo pasan una vez a la semana y al compartir cocina y baños, a lo largo de los días está cada vez menos limpio. Pero bueno... Es cuestión de mantenerlo limpio cada huésped.

Perfect place for digital nomad
Aspectos positivos: La comunicación fue perfecta, está en una increíble situación muy cerca de la playa de Las Canteras. Es un sitio perfecto para nómadas digitales, además el internet iba muy rápido. Y el piso me encantó! Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al 100%. Gracias por todo!! :))

Amazing location, stylish apartment, and great value!
Aspectos positivos: I had a great experience staying at this coliving apartment. The building has recently been renovated and everything inside is brand new. The interior design of the apartment, especially the kitchen, was modern and beautifully done.It really added to the comfort of the stay. The location is another big plus. There’s a supermarket just across the street, and both the bus stops and MOXSI bike stations were only a 2-minute walk away. I could reach Las Canteras Beach in 2 minutes by bike, and getting to central spots like the main bus terminal or shopping malls was quick and easy. During my stay, there was a very friendly German couple living there. We got along very well, and I’d love to see them again one day in Gran Canaria. The price for the stay was very reasonable.Definitely great value for what you get.
Aspectos negativos: One of the guests was not very clean, especially in the shared areas. On one occasion, they vomited in the toilet and didn’t clean up after themselves. There were also occasional problems with mosquitoes, cockroaches, and ants in the kitchen. I later noticed there was bug spray available in the flat, but I had already purchased my own. Trash wasn’t always taken out regularly, which caused flies. I took it out myself a couple of times. Installing mosquito nets on the windows would be a great improvement. Overall, it was a very positive stay — clean, well-designed, well-located, and affordable. With a few small improvements, it would be absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Aspectos positivos: I had a fantastic stay! Everything was exactly as described—or even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and I felt very welcome and safe throughout my visit. Communication was smooth and responsive, making check-in and check-out effortless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and reliable stay. I hope to return again soon!

Great choice for solo travellers
Aspectos positivos: I loved the apartment, is very new, the rooms are spacious and it's always very clean and well kept. The apartment is located in a perfect location in front of a supermarket and close to the beach. The hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Es war toll.
Aspectos positivos: Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und hat eine tolle Lage. Es gibt 3 Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Toilette. In ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man gleich am Strand. Gleich gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und am Eck eine sehr nette Bäckerei/Kaffeehaus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank
Aspectos negativos: Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Wir persönlich bevorzugen harte Matratzen.

Fantastic but very noisy
Aspectos positivos: Very nice facilities, clean place, nice manager, and great people living there. I couldn’t say anything wrong about the place except for the noise.
Aspectos negativos: If you need peace and quiet and silence for sleeping you might have trouble here. The road outside is really busy with cars and loud scooters all through the night. And at the moment there is construction work happening in the building which starts very early in the morning. Peace and quiet is not really possible here. But otherwise it’s great.
