Aspectos positivos: Departamento en ubicación top. En pleno centro de las canteras y con una vista al mar increíble. El departamento tiene todo lo que hace falta. Muy bueno

Aspectos negativos: Debe ser por el calor pero a la noche en la terraza había bastantes cucarachas

Vacaciones estupendas familiares

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación, tiene todo cerca, supermercados, bares, parking...todo. La Terraza también me ha encantado. Tiene bastantes muebles para guardar cosas. Esta estupendo que tenga aire acondicionado, nos hizo calor y menos mal que tenía aire si no difícil dormir. Se agradecen algunos detalles como bolsas de basura, papel higiénico, estropajo y trapo amarillo y gel lavavajillas.

Aspectos negativos: Lo que mejoraría sería la limpieza, una pena porque el apartamento está muy bien, pero al entrar me tuve que poner a limpiar, la terraza llena de tierra y polvo, el suelo del apartamento también sucio. Todo el apartamento necesita algunas reparaciones y una limpieza a fondo. Utensilios de cocina justitos, 4 tazas, 4 tenedores, 4 cucharillas, 4 platos, hondos, pequeños y llanos, 4 de todo. Lavavajillas para nada, sin pastillas y sin platos suficientes Se agradecería una cafetera de capsulas o la clásica italiana.

Aspectos positivos: Excellent location. A large secluded private terrace with a retractable canopy overlooking the beach.

Aspectos negativos: Nothing.

Gorąco polecam!!!!!

Aspectos positivos: Cudna destynacja. Przepiękny widok z okna wprost na ocean, a przy dobrej widoczności nawet widać Teide. Wszędzie blisko, po prostu rewelacja. Gorąco polecam!!! Kuchnia malutka, ale w pełni wyposażona! włącznie ze zmywarką.

Aspectos negativos: Słabe oznaczenie zarówno adresu, jak i samego apartamentu. Duże zamieszanie z wejściem do apartamentu, ale to mogło wynikać z czyjegoś błędu (podano nam niewłaściwy kod do głównych drzwi), a to się każdemu zdarza nawet najlepszym. Na nasze szczęście trafiliśmy na przemiłego zarządcę obiektu, który zadzwonił do operatora naszego apartamentu i ... po problemie

Aspectos positivos: Wundervolles Apartment über dem Strand. Terasse ist der Hammer. Die Lage bietet alles, was man braucht. Es war nicht das letztemal. Sicher.

Aspectos negativos: Nichts

Aspectos positivos: Nice apartment with stunning views and a great location. Everything in the apartment is a bit outdated, furniture and everything is from the 80s or 90s but still good. The apartment needs a few repairs but those are small things. (like kitchen sliding door). There are signs of leaking from the livingroom sealing in the past, and also signs of the flooding. There are few reviews about broken or missing patio furniture but they obviously fix that, there is now a plastic table with 4 chairs on the balcony and 2 new sunbeds. Also, few reviews complained about old TV with just Spanish channels, that was also changed, there is a new smart TV with all streaming services like Netflix and etc...

Aspectos negativos: There was not a single drop of soap in the bathroom. The balcony was not properly cleaned when we came, there was a pile of sand on the balcony, like someone swiped it with a broom, but then forgot to pick it up, but we didn't complain about that.
