Aspectos positivos: Muy bien ubicado justo al lado de la playa, muy destacable que es esta cerca del supermercado, un sitio de comidas preparadas y varios restaurantes cerca. Nos lo encontramos todo limpio y preparado para nosotros, muy amplio, moderno y cómodo :)

Nice appartment perfectly located

Aspectos positivos: Very nice, clean and equipped appartment. You have everything for everyday life including washing machine. Safety box is available too (Would be better to have one with a code to avoid carrying the key all the time ). You have even a sun shade for the beach on your service. Appartment is on excellent area, very quiet during the night and perfectly close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has excellent lighting, perfect for shaving etc. Motorcycle parking is just in front of the entrance so if you rent one to visit the island it's super practical.

Aspectos negativos: Washing machine is great but there is nothing to hang and dry the laundry. WIFI is unavailable in master bedroom despite the presence of WiFi extender (better model would solve the problem). There's no air condition and I guess it would be complicated to sleep during hot summer,. I came end of November so outside temperature was below 26 and it was perfect for necked sleep with opened windows.

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist kaum zu überbieten! Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt (HiperDino), der sogar am 24 und 25 Dezember lange geöffnet hatte. Unzählige Restaurants und Geschäfte, weniger als 100m zum Strand. Zur anderen Seite (Aquarium, Einkaufszentrum Muelle) ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingereichtet, schöne große und gut ausgestattete Küche. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es große Einbauschränke mit sehr viel Platz. Ein kleiner Waschraum ist vorghanden sowie ein Innenbalkon zum Wäschetrocknen. Es großes bequemes Sofa und ein grosser Fernseher für Schlechtwetter.

Aspectos negativos: Das Badezimmer ist prinzipiell gut, aber die Dusche hatte einige nicht so schöne Ecken. Regendusche war nicht mehr besonders fest an der Wand. Badezimmertür bietet keine Privatsphäre (nicht verschliessbar, keine Geräuschdämmung). Lüftung im Bad ging nicht. Das Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist eigentlich zu klein (nur knapp 140 breit), das ist angesichts der großen Wohnung ein echter Negativpunkt. Die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet und modern, aber das Bosch-Induktionsfeld ist etwas schwach, wenn man auf allen 3 Feldern Leistung braucht, ausserdem habe ich einen Pfannenwender vermisst. Der Preis ist recht hoch, scheint aber in der Gegend im Schnitt zu liegen. Ich hätte bei dem Preis weniger Negativpunkte erwartet.
