Muy agradable
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está reformado con todo las cosas básicas para estar cómodos, las vistas a la piscina y el paisaje espectacular sobre todo al atardecer, cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y bares. Si traes coche, el aparcamiento es fácil en la misma avenida. A cinco minutos andando del Yumbo y a diez minutos del mirador de las dunas de Maspalomas.
Aspectos negativos: Me faltó un toldo o una sombrilla en la terraza, ya que hace muchísimo sol desde la hora de comer hasta el atardecer

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es muy acogedor, perfecto para 4px, todo estaba limpio. Hemos pasado unos días geniales. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina todos los días y el ambiente del complejo muy tranquilo. Ha sido una estancia estupenda.
Aspectos negativos: Por ponerle algún defecto, no tiene aire acondicionado, pero las habitaciones tienen ventiladores.de techo que ayudan mogollón.

Comodidad y desconexión.
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables, camas cómodas, todo limpio, electrodomésticos prácticamente nuevos. El propietario nos dejó entrar mucho antes de la hora, lo cual se agradece mucho cuando el vuelo llega temprano. La piscina estupenda también y no había mucha gente por lo que siempre había hamacas libres. Cerca hay muchos bares y tiendas, pero no hay ruido nocturno.
Aspectos negativos: No puedo decir nada negativo.

Aspectos positivos: Ubicación, terraza muy agradable. Piscina comunitaria. Limpio.
Aspectos negativos: No tiene aire acondicionado. Faltaban algunos productos como gel de baño que tuvimos que comprar.

Great apartment in central location, and really well equipped for self catering.
Aspectos positivos: Central location. Very well equipped for self catering. Good size of apartment for a family of 4. Great to have the oven, dishwasher and washing machine
Aspectos negativos: Kids were disappointed couldn’t play in pool area, or bring balls into pool. But still really great to have the pool

Aspectos positivos: The accommodation‘s location is perfect. There’s a supermarket just steps away, along with a wide variety of restaurants. It is also close to the beach and the dunes. Both were just within walking distance. About parking, while you might not always find a spot directly at the building, we never had trouble finding free street parking within a 5-10 minute walk

We enjoyed enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Aspectos positivos: The apartment offers everything you need. Two good sized bedrooms and a well equiped bathroom. There is good sized pool in the inner courtyard with enough sun beds available. The apartment is perfectly located between the dunes/ beach and the large Yumbo center. Quite a few good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
Aspectos negativos: The apartment is situated along one of the main roads in Playa del Ingles. The sound insulation of the apartment on the street side is somewhat inadequate. It means that street noise is sometimes clearly audible.

Ideal place for a comfy stay in Maspalomas center!
Aspectos positivos: Perfectly located in the heart of Maspalomas. The apartment has all you need for a short and also for a longer stay. Very nice and helpful host. Access to a big pool in the quiet backyard.

Smart 2 bed apartment close to the beach, dunes and restaurants
Aspectos positivos: Nice clean modern apartment, great view from the balcony over the swimming pool and scenery beyond, lots of places to eat nearby, short walk to the dunes. Had all the equipment I needed for cooking. I was working remotely some of the time and the WiFi worked well. When we were there it was easy to find free parking 5 minutes' walk away.
Aspectos negativos: There was only a short supply of hot water, the shower went cold for whichever of us went second! Not a major problem, it made us conserve water. I like a very dark bedroom so this one was a little too light for me.
