Aspectos positivos: Review. A warm welcome from Marco who met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was superb. Very clean, nicely decorated and well furnished with everything we needed. The outside areas were lovely and had all the outside dining, sunbathing and sitting furniture needed. Parking available. We would and will highly recommend and if we were ever to return to Maspalomas we would not hesitate to book to stay here again. 😊

Aspectos positivos: We really liked the property, there was a nice garden area that the kids enjoyed a lot, the location was fairly central and we had easy access to bus and taxi. The host was quite nice, showed up on time and fulfilled our request for extra towels and blankets very quickly.
Aspectos negativos: Could have been cleaned better, the sofa was full with pet hair, we didn't really use it. The warm water finishes quickly, but it is not a big deal, at the end we had a wonderful stay there.

Idéal pour se reposer au soleil de Gran Canaria
Aspectos positivos: La décoration, le calme, l'accueil par Marco qui nous a ouvert le logement plus tôt ! L'espace extérieur est juste parfait pour se reposer, l'accès à la piscine rapide, le canapé extérieur était super et c'était super agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors tous les matins...
Aspectos negativos: Manque de couverture dans la petite chambre du bas qui est fraiche, le manque de matériel pour cuisiner pour des français...c'est juste ! Un petit peu de nettoyant pour faire le ménage ce serait top (éponge, nettoyant, essuie tout)...heureusement il y a un hyperdino à coté.

Una bella vacanza in un luogo toccato dal cielo
Aspectos positivos: L' appartamento e' molto carino,bene arredato,luminoso,provvisto di tutto,bel bagno, doccia bellissima,acqua calda e fredda in abbondanza,finestre ampie, cucina ad induzione,lavatrice,frigorifero. Terrazza al primo piano. Piccolo giardino con erba sintetica ,come e' prassi qui ,ideale per cenare fuori . Bella piscina del residence appena usciti,una comodita' estrema.Il residence e' carino e curato. Marco,l' impiegato dell' agenzia,e' arrivato puntuale per accoglierci ,e' stato gentile,disponibile e ci ha indicato vari ristoranti di buona qualita'.
Aspectos negativos: Per salire e scendere dal primo piano dove c' e' il bagno ed una delle due camere da letto,c' e' una scala in legno ripida,bisogna fare attenzione ,puo' essere pericolosa. Mancavano canovacci per la cucina( ce n' era solo uno piccolo) e non c'erano ne'tovaglioli,ne' tovaglia per apparecchiare la tavola.Per arrivare allo Yumbo e alla Playa des Inglese, 20/25' a piedi,non sono proprio a due passi

Aspectos positivos: Das Appartement ist großzügig und insgesamt gut eingerichtet. Die Gesamtanlage ist gut gesichert und gut gepflegt . MARCO, mein personal host von Pride Holidays Rental, war extrem nett und hilfsbereit ! Immer erreichbar und bei jedem Belang, wurde direkt reagiert. Special THANKS an ihn !!
Aspectos negativos: - Die Resident-Nachbarin war leider teilweise zu laut (nachts um 4 h / TV zu laut) ! - Leider war die Waschmaschine während meines Aufenthalts defekt !; dies wurde am letzten Tag behoben !! Nun ist es okay !
