Aspectos positivos: Me encantó el trato de Sergio, le pedimos el último día a pasar el día y no nos cobró suplemento!!

Aspectos negativos: Por la noche teníamos la música super bajita modo ambiente, y una señora que vive justo enfrente me tocó para que quitara la música que ni si quiera molestaba a nadie, la quitamos porque no queríamos problemas, y nosotros nos pusimos a jugar a las cartas en la terraza y con mucha educación hablando super bajo y otra vez vino esta señora a decirme que me encerrara dentro del apartamento que ella no pagaba un alquiler para que viniese yo a molestar a su hija que estaba durmiendo, cuando ni si quiera estábamos hablando nada alto, y empezó la señora a hablarme muy muy mal, si no fuera por la vecina de enfrente todo hubiese sido más que perfecto!!

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado cerca de supermercados y zonas de ocio, es una zona muy tranquilo y tiene parking dentro.Estaba bastante limpio con los típicos desgastes del tiempo, tiene un jardín precioso,para mí gusto demasiadas plantas, y en nuestro caso la bbq estaba bastante sucia y no pudimos usarla.La habitación pequeña es demasiado pequeña sin ventilación, las camas son bastante incómodas pero el apartamento cumple la funcion, como en nuestro caso que fuimos al carnaval.

Aspectos positivos: Que el apartamento tenía aíre acondicionado y la cocina estaba totalmente equipada, aparte el dueño es muy amable.

Aspectos negativos: Y lo que no me gustó es que tiene muchas plantas en la terraza y ocupaba mucho espacio

Aspectos positivos: El bungalows muy cómodo y con todos los accesorios para una estancia agradable.Sergio es una persona con muy buen trato y súper amable.

First time in Gran Canaria and we will definitely return.

Aspectos positivos: Location was great, shops and bars within easy reach. The bungalow was as described, clean and comfortable. Great communication with Sergio who was excellent.

A gem of an appointment, centrally located

Aspectos positivos: The property was really very nice and comfortably accomatated our family of 3 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 7. The 2 story apartment is very stylishly decorated, with excellent showers and bathrooms. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is fully provisioned with cutlery, plates and utensils. The air conditioning was very good. The small canoped garden is perfect and overlooks the pool but it is very private. The apartment was very clean and the complex it is in was spotless and quiet when we were there. It have a lovely pool which has a shallow end perfect for children, together with a paddle pool for very young children. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and about 10-15 minute walk to the main restaurants near the Jumbo centre. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and Sergio was very helpful when we arrived. A great holiday

Aspectos negativos: We had a slight issue with the keys to certain gates when we arrived, however it was just that there is a knack to using them and once you figured this out it was fine. Sergio helped us with this. It is not really in walking distance to the beach with young children, however taxis locally are very cheap. There is a double pull out bed in the living room which is fine for an adult to sleep on for a few nighrs , however i would not recommend adults sleeping on it for long periods. It is fine for young children. Also there is a single internal room upstairs, which is comfortable and nicely decorated , however as it has no window you really need to sleep with the door open as there is no air conditioning in this room.

Aspectos positivos: Het appartement was precies zoals het was aangegeven op de foto's. Ruime woonkamer, zeer geschikt voor 4 personen. De privé tuin vonden wij erg aangenaam. Er waren wel veel planten, dus kwam wat minder zonlicht op. Dit vonden wij geen probleem. De faciliteiten in de keuken waren zeer ruim met onder andere een airfryer, een ruime koelkast en vriezer. Verder was het contact met de host perfect. Sergio reageerde meestal binnen een paar minuten. Zeker een aanrader als je met een reisgezelschap gaat van maximaal 4 personen.

Aspectos negativos: De slaapbank was niet helemaal comfortabel, al was het prima voor 1 persoon. Ik zou het afraden om daar met 2 personen op te liggen. Verder miste wij de ventilatie in de kleine slaapkamer boven, waardoor het daar in de ochtend heel heet werd. Er wordt geadverteerd met een 5-persoons appartement, maar persoonlijk vind ik het eerder een 4-persoons appartement. Voor de rest geen negatieve ervaringen gehad!

Aspectos positivos: Vi leide bil under hele oppholdet så det var praktisk med parkering på utsiden av bungalowen. Bungalowen ligger i et rolig strøk. Rent, velstelt og ordentlig både på fellesområdene og i bungalowen. Bra utstyrt kjøkken. Koselig med beplantning og praktiske møbler på inngjerdet uteplass. Hyggelig innredet leilighet.

Aspectos negativos: Harde, ikke regulerbare solstoler v/ bassenget.

A refaire!

Aspectos positivos: Le bungalow en général, 2 salles de bains, machine a laver, café, lave-vaisselle, équipements de cuisine en général, ... Sergio très réactif aux demandes, toujours prêt a rendre service,... un plaisir.

Aspectos negativos: Lit petit pour 2 grand adultes. Trop de plantes sur la terrasse.

Aspectos positivos: Terrasse vegetalisee très agréable et logement très bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée. P
